Best Noise Cancelling Microphone 50-75$

Good morning LTT audio guru's. Recently at work we changed our phone providers and switched from physical phones to soft phones. With it, the bought us Logitech H390 USB headphones to use for our application.

These things are HORRIBLE!!! They hurt the head, but more importantly, the microphones have zero noise cancellation and pick up just about everything, including whispers. This can be an issue as we can get a bit loud at times and sometimes our conversations may not always be NSFW. So what I am looking for is the very best Microphone/headset I can get that cancels out as much as possible of background noise through the MIC. I could care less about sound quality since its only going to be used for work with the soft phone and I am half deaf as it is thanks to helicopters in the Army. As the thread name implies, i would like to keep costs somewhere between 50 and 75$. If you have something that is like ground breaking amazing, I might be willing to stretch it a bit. It does not matter to me if its USB or Analog for the connection.

I havent looked much into it at all as I honestly know next to nothing for this.

My bad, i only read the title and your post briefly. Missed the point of your post (headset not just a mic).

 

So nvm, my suggestion was for mic only.

While u wait for answers you can always google or youtube "noise canceling headset under $100" there will be many suggestions for your budget but some around it too.
