Litecoin: Scrypt vs. X11, in GPU mining.

I experimented abit about GPU mining of Litecoins, and differentiating the advantages and disadvantages of using Scrypt or X11.

It turns out that even if the X11 protocol has already some ASIC cards for it, mining via X11 against the Scrypt, is much more better with the longevity of the GPU, and the Mining for Litecoins using GPUs in X11 is still/might be profitable in a long run.

Scrypt Advantages over X11:

- Its much more compatible with Litecoin, as it was the original protocol for it, so it is easier to mine via Scrypt.

 Disadvantages over X11:

- Scrypt is much more power hungry and in turn make the GPU heat more, thus reduces the life span of the GPU.

- Scrypt already has too much ASIC cards for it, so GPU mining is no longer profitable vs X11.

Just an observation when I experimented and tried to mine.
