help with build

Dose anyone remember the video Linus did on a old server parts build (where he saws a gtx 980 :D) 

i am goin to build a rig like that and i need some help 

 

2x Intel Xeon E5645 2.4GHz 
1x Dell PowerEdge R710 (mobo){this is an edit is there a difrence between  FCLGA1366  and  LGA1366 }
a msi geforce gtx 970 
and what i need help is the rest 
what psu should i get to power this board
i looked for heat-sinks and the were 50 bucks and i ain't pain that so some help there too
and case is a problem (due to size)

i am a second time pc server (xeon) builder the last one had a standard size and atx so thats why i need help with this one 

i can buy stuff from amazon and ebay
