How much data do you have backed up on Crashplan?

Mulawin Galang

Hi everyone! I'm just curious how much data do you have backed up on Crashplan?

I'm currently subscribed to Crashplan Individual Plan and it's running on my Windows Server 2012 backing up around 10TB of files. In a month I was able to to backup 640GB of data. What I'm doing is after a it's uploaded, I delete the file from my server since it's already backed up already on Crashplan - crashplan has a setting where it keeps files on their server even if it's deleted. I know it's not safe but these files we're backing up are actually really old files from old clients - in our contract we only keep files for a year. We're just uploading it just in case though not needed. :)

So.. how much data do you have on Crashplan and has it been reliable for you when you restore files? :)

None!

I'd love to use cloud services for backup, but it really isn't feasible - it would take me many months  more than a year, it seems, of maxing my upload uninterruptedly to move all of the files I would want backed up. And that's only about 1.5TB of stuff.

Sig under construction.

About 1TB if you include all of the versions.
