Getting a weird issue when right clicking and all my computers when booting open up default browser to load MSN.

I just noticed this right clicking bug http://imgur.com/a/aOvgp3
And when I boot mine and my parents computers (5 of them) they open up MSN in the default browser immediately after logging in or connecting to the network after disconnecting.

 

Edit: All the computers on my network are showing up as limited connection even the ones that are wired. I don't get what is going on. Along with the MSN opening thing which happens as soon as I sign into my computer or connect to my network the default browser on its own opens a new tab to MSN. How can all my computers be doing this?

Found the solution.

You can disable it via setting following registry entry from 1 to 0:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet\EnableActiveProbing
