Timeout on Slot While Installing Free NAS

Does it ever repeat slot numbers? If not, let it continue.

Check that al, of your drives function properly. AHCI timeouts are usually caused by failing or bad drives.

My 2 harddrives are brand new and the only used parts in the machine are the processor, ram, and wifi card

it looks like its not repeating slot numbers and I did install a temporary windows install (without a windows key) to test the machine to make sure it worked before I tried to install free nas

So let it do its thing for a bit. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes if it isn't repeating.

Test them anyway. HDDs have a higher than normal doa rate.
