My micro isnt working on steam anymore ( Win 10)

hey i play sometimes on my notebook steam games such as dota 2, and i use the build in microphone on my z50-70. however since i updated to win 10 the sound (when i speak ) is really messed up.

i tested it with skype and everything was fine, the problem only accures on steam games. any ideas what i can do ?

Skype adjusts sound settings within program. So ofc it will be different. For steam you need to test windows/realtek settings and adjust those to make sound better.
