What happens if you boot Windows up normally? If the same thing happens, you may have a memory issue. Could be caused by either a bad stick of memory or memory that isn't compatible with your board. Run MemTest86 to confirm your memory is working properly in the system.

My server does that with certain sticks of memory, it will bluescreen or restart the moment I type my password.

Well if you cant boot into safe mode then you do have corrupted or missing files. Why do you need safe mode?

Honestly I don't know what is wrong with people on this forum, but if you have a virus that you can only get rid of in safe mode that's some pretty heavy shit. Ive restored probably 100s of computers and have only ever come across like 5 or 6 computers that needed reinstall due to a persistent virus. So if your computer is that infected which personally I doubt, It would be better to just reinstall. Anyway I digress.

Have you made a system repair disc/usb? And run system restore ect through that?

Edit - I just read that it appears to happen when you get into the Login screen.

Can you see anything in Event Viewer?
