You can grab an msi twin frozr 3 7950 for £212....thats freaking cheap!!!! if you were looking t buy one of these cards then now is a good time to do so...other companies like ocuk havent done a drop so i dont know if this is temporary or permanent.....the same thing has also happend to the 7990 on scan btw, theyare like 600-700 pound.....

Did you not notice the £192 and £197 ones? ;)

The low cost of the xfx one (£197), made me consider adding to the build list over a 760, because it has a better cooler than the stock 760.

Still don't know if I will, but I am liking these price drops :)

two of them are single fan and the other is a bog standard xfx card....i havent heard good things about them....the msi(the one i have) is great =P and as i said before only £212.....im expecting it to be like £180 when i buy my next one at the end of this year =P....maybe i might return my current one for an issue i have then but the 900 series but as of now my 7950 is serving me well.

I agree with your point on the sub-£212 cards.

I don't plan on buying a graphics card until the new AMD ones come out, because they might be better for the price or lower the cost of older ones :)

they probably will be, im expecting the 9870 to be on par or just ahead of the 7950 possibly faster than an oc'd 7970......then 9950 and 9970.......the 9950 is set to take on the gtx 770 and the  9970 is set to take on the gtx 780......they will both be clocked high enough to beat nvidias cards on stock and seeing amds track history with their card and how well they oc i would expect the 9950 to reach 9970 speeds and then the 9970 to reach and beat out a titan easy....
