Best 120mm fan < £10 (15USD)

I need two 120mm for my h100, and 4-5 fans for in my case. I don't want to spend more than £10 per fan because I don't really have much more money after buying my now pc, and it's too loud at the moment, so quiet fans are important, but I don't mind a little sound.

The vortex should fit the bill perfectly, fairly comparable to Noctua but much better color scheme(orange is easily covered by electrical tape!(I've done this to mine ))

I use bitfenix spectre PWMs for my radiator and they're really good and only about 6 quid for a PWM :O. epic win IMO

The Cougar come in a PWM flavour as well if that suits your fancy.
