Is it 720p or 1080p?

Worse than a GTX 760.

It will struggle in nearly all 1080p games @high settings

It's really good performance wise, as far as benchmarks have shown most people can get a good 50+ FPS on high 1080p in things like Battlefield 4. So really you could easily hit 60fps if you play on medium which also looks pretty good.

Depending on the game as in whether it was optimized for Nvidia or AMD they are pretty much equals.
