Will Ryzen 5 3600 when paired with RTX 2080 Ti kind of graphics card. Saw some videos on YouTube on this topic and noticed, R5 3600 when paired with RTX 2080 Ti, R5 3600 in games benchmark does not go above 65% of usage. So is this combination is fine just for high graphics gaming. Which GPU of RTX 30 series be paired with R5 3600 so it doesn't bottleneck?

At lower resolutions, you will have a higher chance of being bottlenecked by the CPU (will depend on the game and settings). At 1440p, it is uncommon for a 3600 to bottleneck a 2080 Ti. At 4K, I have never seen a 3600 bottleneck the GPU.

Do you mean it will bottleneck at 1080p
