My motherboard is not posting or displaying rgb but its giving some power?

Not sure why its not posting any advice on the mobo would be helpful. 3900x 2070 3200 mhz 32 gb ram

Did it work before?

Is your monitor plugged in to the GPU or the motherboard?

Have you tested the monitor on a different device to prove it works?

It has never worked before it is plugged into the gpu although even if it was on the lights would automatically turn on. The monitor works and again the lights and fans would still be on. No post card. Its almost as if the power button is not working although i have tried multiple.
