avx causing 3700x to crash

when i run any bench mark with avx/avx2 temps skyrocket system crashes or BSOD. 

PBO auto

cpu voltage set at 1.35v

ram XMP 3600 set @ 1.35 but pulls 1.38

msi b450 gaming pro carbon ac

stable in all things other 

240mm AIO

I did the dumb thing. Had two monitoring software's running. Anyways changed LLC and disabled the 2nd monitoring software

 

It's running now @73c an stable.
