Difference between trident z royal rgb 3200mhz cl16 ram vs cl14

and forget C14 completely??

i mean for a casual user as i said, it wont make a difference, a 3600 cl16 kit is a nice combo with zen 2.

but if you're only limited  to 3200 cl16/14, you can save some money and get a cl16 kit as  the difference wont be huge for a casual user.

Hi there. I am choosing RAM to go with a 3700X and I am stuck between getting CL16 vs CL14. CL14 is quite more expensive and I am wondering if it is even worth it. This will be a gaming rig. Thanks for any help

3200 cl14 is usually b die, which is known for tight timings and really good overclocking headroom.

what about a 3600 cl16 kit? usually a 3600 cl16-16-16 kit is b die as well.

the cl14 kit does have lower latency, but for a casual user, it wont make a difference.

Fun Fact: The Meshify c is the best case to ever exist.

So should I go for 3600 C16 and forget C14 completely??

b-die is usually hellishly expensive so, yeah imo. unless the b-die is only a little more or the same price.
