Windows 10, TKL keyboard and DEL key

I have a strange problem I have noticed recently with my PC.   I am using Windows 10 latest build, and the file explorer is acting strangly.   I can't multi-select files any longer - not sure what that is about.   I also can't press the DEL key to delete a file.

 

The solution to the DEL key issue talks about checking the NUMLOCK key.   This is a TKL keyboard with no number pad ....  Anybody else using a TKL keyboard out there and can help?

update, I just found the culprit.  The Logitech G-Hub software was causing the problem.  I stopped the service and everything went back to working as normal.

 

I need that software for my gaming profiles, but damn is it a POS.
