Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro LED Problem - Help!

Hi. The LEDs on my Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro are stuck on and stuck on a single color. It also stays on whether or not the computer is powered on or not. I've tried changing it with the Gigabyte RGB Fusion software as well as just disabling it in the BIOS but neither have done anything to fix it. I even tried updating my bios this morning and that didn't help either. Any suggestions?

Bump - Getting slightly desperate for some help - I've got an open case and these LEDs are driving me a bit crazy. I've played around some more in the bios as well as the Gigabyte software and can't find anything. Please help!
