How to tell which Antec Earthwatts Gold PRO Model is made in 2020?

I can find this one locally -- https://mdcomputers.in/antec-650-watt-80-plus-gold-semi-modular-ea650g-pro.html -- but there is not way to tell if it is the 2020 model which is Tier A in the PSU tier list 4.0.

My other option is Corsair CX650 which is cheaper than the Antec this one by ~1000 INR (13 USD)

 

I think my current PSU (Gigabyte PB500) is failing so I was searching for a replacement.
Also, will 550W be enough if I upgrade my GPU to an RTX 2060?

No way without asking a retailer when it was manufactured, and judging by 'India' it most likely old stock anyway, but it doesn't matter for RX470, pre 2020 (or Aug 2019 to be exact) models had issues only with AMD Vega, if you don't plan to buy it then it's fine, certainly better than Corsair CX.

Yes they always say it is latest stock but i am sure it is old stock.
I think I will go with this the Antec EA650G and the Corsair CX models are worse and TX models are much more expensive
