Help with macro

Ive had a problem for about 8 months and cannot seem to get help to fix it.

Ive tried logitech gaming software, Ghub

And i also went and purchased a steel series mouse thinking the g502 mouse was busted...

Nope still having an issue.

Macro will not left click for me its a simple macro that i used to use it wont work anymore... I recently upgraded my pc and decided maybe a fresh install of windows will do the trick nope still having the same exact issue.... Ive tried everything someone pleassseee help!!!!

Macro is so simple

(Press key 0 delay for 25ms left click)

Asus Rog strix Z390-e gaming

PNY Anarchy 2133MHz 2×8gb ram / OC to 3066MHz

I7 8700

MSI Gtx 1660 gaming X

Stock CPU cooler
