Alienware m17 Display issues

Hello forum,  I come to you in a time of great need.

I bought an Alienware M17 R4 to do some light gaming and some work related stuff.  When I bought it the seller told me that the screen was messed up.  I replaced the screen and screen cable but the issue (https://youtu.be/TQjuizGmnzc) is still present.  Issue is even present when booting PC into the BIOS.  If anyone here has had experience with AW laptops and know what wrong and could point me in the right direction that would be awesome.  PS the laptop works fine when plugged into external monitors.
