Screen "Waving" when FPS hits over 60

Hello there!

So, im having this problem for the first time in my life. My screen is "waving" after my PC hits more than 60FPS. This doesnt make any sence to me, because ive builded many PCs and i havent ever faced this problem before. Some people say this is because i have 60Hz monitor, but i refuse to belive that, because as i said; This is the first time with my PC and monitor. Also my brother has PC with 60Hz screen and he can just take V-sync off and play with unlimited FPS without any "waving". I have tried different monitors, cables and graphics cards, but no. Id just like to play games with unlimited FPS.

Specs:

i7-930

GTX 680

Asus P6X58D-E

16GB RAM

500W PSU

500GB HDD

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

HP LE2201w (1680x1050@60Hz) VGA on monitor DVI on PC

If you are referring to screen tearing, the only way to stop it is to use some kind of sync method or run at or under fresh rate. Or you could overclock your monitor and remove it that way.

8700K @ 5.2ghz 1.29V, 4x8 Rev.E @ 4040 13-20-20-39 1.7V.

Not sure if your GPU supports NVIDIA fast sync, but if it does, you can try that.

It doesnt, only 1000 series and above supports F-sync.

Ive installed drivers, deleted and installed again but didnt work. Ive tried GTX 680, GTX 285 and R9 280.

Maybe signal interference? What if you move the setup to somewhere else? Sounds weird to do this but you know, old stuff can have weird problems which then take weird solutions.

Limit FPS to 59 if you can't eventually sort it out,..

If you know your game is ALWAYS above Refresh...in FPS in Games,.. then use Fast Sync for that Game Profile.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
