Anyone know how to run a display connected to thunderbolt off of dedicated graphics?

I recently bought a thunderbolt dock for my Dell G7 7590, and I'm having troubles using the display output on the dock. I have an Acer XR342CK (3440x1440 75Hz) monitor attached, but it only runs off the Intel dedicated graphics and not the NVidia 2070 Max-Q, so it only runs at 30hz. Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is a hardware issue. Thunderbolt requires a DisplayPort output from one of the GPUs to carry DisplayPort data. If connecting a display to the Thunderbolt port reports the display as connected to the IGPU, then there's nothing you can do about it outside of re-wiring the thing yourself.
