Audio In Various Games Echoey And Ghost-like

NotSoHonestAbe

t's only talking. What happens is I will face the person who is talking, and whatever they are saying seems far away and echoey, as if they were a ghost. This has happened in Skyrim, BM: Arkham City & Arkham Asylum.

Maybe you can change the settings using your headset software.

Check your speaker output settings, for example if you have headphones you only have a 2.0, whereas if you have 5 speakers and a sub you would have 5.1; if you configure your speaker settings to have more speakers than you have it can create this echo effect. (So if you have headphones and you have it set to 5.1)
