Backround normal rest inverted?

Hi I am using a 3 Monitor stop and I have the strange probleme that on 2 Monitors the windows stuff is inverted but the backround is normal?

First guess:
Try monitor rotation settings. 

I have solved it the intel controll panel was showing a normal HUE but was comlitly offset
