Monitor choosing help

So, I'm currently in the process of getting all the parts for my first PC. Everything seemed fairly simple but then along came the monitor and a ton of reviews going in both directions for each one, debates about tn vs ips, refresh rate and response times, etc. 

Its a bit overwhelming and I just want the best monitor I can get without worry of dead pixels, ghosting, bleeding, and all the other scary things that pop up in reviews. 

Right now, I've narrowed my search down to 3(kind of 4) monitors that I'm interested in and would greatly appreciate any feedback that I could get to help me pull the trigger on one of them.
