triple monitor flickering issues

Hi,

 

I have 1x dell 1440p 144hz and 2x samsung 1080p 60hz monitors plugged into my RTX2070 all via display port and it seems to be struggling with this. eveytime one app goes fullscreen or exits fullscreen be it a video or a game or anthing else it also does this if you turn one of the monitors off or on i don't have these issues with just 2 of the monitors in any combination surely an RTX 2070 should be able to handle a triple monitor set up like this. any help would be appreciated  

 

I am on the latest nvidia driver  v425.31 rd 11/4/2019 im on windows 10 1809 with all windows updates applied
