Steam not working : (

Ok so whenever I try to launch a steam game it either wigs out my computer and I have to restart, or it says not responding.  Undertale is the only game that will actually launch.

cpu: AMD Fx-8350

motherboard: GIGABYTE 970 (am3+)

RAM: 16gb ddr3 adata

gpu: AMD xfx rx 560 2gb

psu: 500w

storage: 1tb hdd

uninstall all games, uninstall steam and see if the problem persists. if does, reinstall windows fresh. 

 

When was the last time you reinstalled windows? the longer you go, the wonkier things get. steam used to act up for me, and i reinstalled windows and now everything runs like a dream.

I would love to do that, but I have about 50 gb of steam games and my internet is like 500kb/s on a good day.
