Gtx 1060 not working

I got a gtx 1060 about two months ago, along with it I got a few other upgrades for my computer. When I install the new graphics card my computer won't boot. The light above the 6 pin is white. I press the power button, the fans turn on but after a few seconds they turn off. I get absolutely nothing on the screen, not even a logo. And even after minutes, when I press the power button, it turns off immediately like there is no os. I uninstalled all of the drivers for the last graphics card(750 ti)

My build is:

AMD FX-8320e (overclocked to 4GHz)

Asus m5a78l-m/usb3

16gb ddr3 ram

500w 80+ power supply

And the new graphics card is asus gtx 1060 3gb dual oc

Try clearing cmos.

8700K @ 5.2ghz 1.29V, 4x8 Rev.E @ 4040 13-20-20-39 1.7V.

did you have another gpu previous this one? if so erase you graphics drivers and download them from nvidia
