What is the best phone camera app?

I’m going to Hawaii soon and I want to take good photos and attempt to edit them. I was wondering what the best phone camera app is that can capture in RAW. Would halide or motion pro work well. If so which one would be better?

I have an iPhone X

Current Pc Parts:

-CPU: Intel i7-9700k

-GPU: EVGA RTX 2070 black edition

-CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x62

-Mobo: Asus z390-E gaming

-Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 32g @3000MHz

-Storage: Samsung 850evo 256Gb

-Storage: Toshiba 1Tb 7200rpm

-Case: NZXT H500

-Extra: NZXT Hue 2

google camera is often regarded as the best camera application. problem is that it's only able to be installed via an apk file.
