I was thinking of either getting the HyperX Cloud 3 wireless, HyperX Cloud Alpha wireless, or the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 - which is the best option or is there any better for similar value?

audio Looking for wireless headphones recommendations for daily use
IDK_really_ posted a topic in Audio
I did some quick searches and found many gaming headsets recommendations such as Logitech G435 but I do occasional gaming and require microphone for calls, and over ear headphones are great , I have worn Razer karken and found it very comfortable and it didn't fell/slip off whilst workouts so what headphone should I consider? -
I’m trying to find a USB hub to put my user interface device on. All the devices are USB 2.0. The devices I would like to have connected are as follows; Wireless Corsair Mouse (Ironclaw) Wireless Corsair Headset (Virtuoso) USB Charging cable with data 1-2x (for charging wireless devices above) Xbox One wireless controller adapter I have a 4 port USB 3.0 hub but when connecting the devices referenced above they start lagging tremendously like mouse skipping, audio cut outs, short term controller disconnections, and so on. The thing I do find interesting though is the 2 port USB 3.0 hub on my monitor does not suffer from these problems. Currently I have the mouse and headset transmitters connected to the monitor and they work fine. But I would like to be able to have the charger cables be on a hub with the the wireless transmitter as they would not be using traffic at the same time as the transmitters. But I would also like to be able to have that Xbox controller adapter connected as well simply so I don’t have to use my front panel connector. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Powered would be a plus. 4-6 ports would be nice but I’m also open to using multiple 2 port hubs if they would be low latency.

I have large ears and they stick out about 1.25 inches from my head. I have the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro and my ears lay right against the driver wall padding. This leads to ear pain about 30 minutes into wearing them. So far, I have not found a company that makes replacement ear pads for this model. There are replacement pads for the Blackshark V2 and V2 X but not the V2 Pro. The snap pin alignment is different between the models. What I'm looking for in a headset: - Good audio - Good mic - As Techne says "Stinkin cozy". Gotta be comfy. I have big ears and need deep ear cups. - Decent battery life like 20 hours - Good build quality. Hoping they won't break within the first 6 months of use. I do have the Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 250 ohm headphones paired with a Mod Mic 5 attached to it but I'm looking at wireless stuff. Any help with finding this golden egg of a headset would be greatly appreciated. OH! almost forgot to mention that I did have the Corsair HS80 headset for like 8 hours before I had to return it due to a faulty microphone. I was on the phone with Corsair tech support for 40 minutes and they even deemed it faulty. Those were comfy and my ears did not touch the driver wall at all. The driver wall is actually slanted at like 20 degrees to conform to angle at which most ears stick out. I have no idea why all headset don't take this approach.

Hello, So i've had connectivity problems with various types of wireless headphones for a long time. The issues are different from time to time but the headphones have all been tried on different computers where they work flawlessly. So my conclusion is that the problem is somewhere in my computer. I've tried re-installing the whole computer and updated bios, drivers and everything there is to do in the software. Now to the issues i am experiencing: If the headset is not receiving any output like for example music for any longer than 10 sec the headset disconnects. If i restart or turn of the computer the headset disconnects If i charge the headset the headset disconnects In between Youtube videos the headset disconnects. To connect it again i have to reinsert the USB device that came with the headset. Headsets: Razer Kraken V3 pro Logitech G935 Motherboard: Asus rog strix b450-f gaming So to the question, is it possible that the sundboard in my motherboard is broken or something like that? Full PC parts list: CPU: amd ryzen 7 3800x GPU: asus rog stri 2060 super RAM: corsair 3200MHz 32 gigs CL16

Almost every Steelseries Arctis series headphone is probably going to break at this one point, specifically if you wear one ear-cup off of your ear to talk to the people around you. Has it happened to you? I wasnt sure if I should post this to Peripherals, or Audio, etc. Googling: "steelseries headphones break". Results below I'm amazed it's not a class action lawsuit yet. I feel like it should be. I am not personally affected (yet) and I dont have the following to organize one. (EDIT: I DONT CARE ABOUT A LAWSUIT, i just wanna talk about the broken headphones.) I have the grandpa of these headphones, the Steelseries H Wireless, and I'm 8 years in on it. Bought it when radioshack was going out of business for half price. They've only just started to crack (and i wear them off one ear literally nearly all the time). When mine break, I was really hoping to upgrade to a newer SS headset, but not if this is constantly happening. And obviously they're not going to fix it until someone calls them out on it. (Linus pls!) They have the gall to charge up to $350 US for their top of the line ones, but I feel like this affects almost all Arctis designs? Seems especially to affect the most expensive one? (Or people who bought the most expensive one are more likely to complain online). From everything I've heard, the price is worth it, but not if they're gonna break. I think it's pretty messed up. I tweeted about it but have no followers, so I thought I'd post here too. I know it prob wont change, but here's me giving it a shot. I think they need to be called out. I think it'd be a good video, but I just wanted to talk about it.

Hi So quick intro into what I have and what I'd like to do with it: I have a rack mounted server for work that will also functions as a NAS (soon). Streaming from my NAS to my tv and pc should be a no-brainer. What I'd like: Listen to music on a wireless headset (brand and type TBD) anywhere in the house. I thought a wifi headset should be something that's possible, but all I find are bluetooth headsets, which have limited range. I have decent wifi coverage everywhere in my house. Is it possible to use a wireless headset to listen to music/audiobooks/whatever uninterupted while moving around in the house? Quickest solution (and cheapest?) will be a device that can connect to wifi, stream the music and then connect the headset to that. But I would need to carry it around with me. I would love input and ideas or alternatives. I think this would be a cool project, even if it turns out to be theoretical only due to cost.

I am looking to buy a wireless headset and am considering the Logitech G933, Steelseries Siberia 800, Astro A40 headset + mix amp, and Astro A50 wireless + base station. I’m mainly interested in these as all of them can work with multiple devices for audio and chat (possible at once) without having to do any changes to the setup. So, I game on an Xbox as well as PC, but while I'm using my Xbox there are times when I want to be able to hear audio from my PC while still being able to have audio from my Xbox (reduced for certain queues) and Xbox chat. I had a chance to use the G933s for about two weeks and I really liked them though I had some issues with my setup and I'm not sure if I was using them wrong or they just weren't designed for what I was using them for. The G933 managed the first two perfectly, but for some reason whenever I tried to use Xbox chat, the volume at which people heard me made it seem like I was whispering. I’ve looked into these headsets and haven't really found anyone that has had experience with a similar setup/use case.

I know the Sennheiser 670's got released fairly recently and there hasn't been any coverage on them from any of the big channels on YouTube so I was wondering if any of you have any opinions or comments regarding the product. I am pretty interested in buying it as I am currently using a Logitech g933 Spectrum which I have had several issues with and had to RMA once already. The price-tag of the Sennheiser is quite steep compared to the other wireless gaming headsets at a nice $350. If any of you have other recommendations for a good wireless gaming headset please let me know. PS: I'm very new here so I hope I'm not violating any rules.

Hi, I need help from you guys I'm looking into buying wireless over-ear headset. I gonna use them for watching Netflix & listening to music. Couple of requirements are: - Comfort (I'm wearing glasses) - Good sound (for an average user, without background noise) - Sound insulation from outside - Price: 150€ max (my only options is buying from amazon.de) - Decent battery life, 20h+ Nice to have: - Ability to connect with cable - ANC Two headsets that I can't decide between JBL Live 650BTNC or Sony wh-xb900n. I was also looking in Audio Technica ATH-SR30BT, but can't find any good reviews. Which one of the mentioned would you choose? Do you recommend something else? What are your experiences with any of mentioned headsets? Thanks for taking your time to read this. Have a nice day and stay safe from corona-virus

So I have a G935 and it has been great. But I use my sound card to send live audio to my streaming pc. So what I have been doing now is setting windows to use the sound card and then using the sound card's stereo mix to send it to my G935. It works well but it introduces a little bit of latency. Not that much latency but I'm using these headsets to play FPS, so I'd prefer to have as less latency as possible. I was thinking if there's a way to make it the other way around and send the audio from the Logitech headset to the sound card instead. I've heard that software such as Jack can help but I have no idea how to use it.To summarise, I want my default device to be set to my G935 headset but still be able to send the audio to my sound card and I don't mind the latency on the sound card.

Hey guys^^I´m looking for a new headset to replace my old Turtle Beach P11 (lol) and I prefer a wireless option, because I noticed I´d really benefit from that. Now my two choices would be the HyperX Cloud Flight and the Corsair HS70; both are priced around the same right now on amazon. I tried to do a little research but it occurs that the two headsets never really have been compared to each other, so I´m asking you guys. What do you think? Which headset should I get and why? Thanks for any answers ^^

I do not know what is the difference between these two option. Would anyone clarity it for me? Also under the DTS surround sound, I see a "Super stereo front" and "Super stereo wide". Would anyone also explain this to me? Thank you guys so much, I am a newbie to surround sound

Wanting to buy a good headset for the pc. I'd like to keep the price under $200 and was looking for any recommendations. I'm leaning more towards getting wireless but its not absolutely essential, just preferred. My other preferences are open ear, 7.1 surround sound, a decent mic, and a wide headband. Ive checked out the Logitech 933 and am not a big fan. I've also considered the Corsair Void Wireless Headset, Astro A50s, and Sennheiser 363d(yes, i know these are not wireless but other than that they seem perfect for my need). Any feedback, buying tips, and recommendations are very welcome as i have been searching for well over two weeks now and can not figure out what to buy. (Really wish there was a place to test headsets before buying them!) Thankyou!

Hey Guys, I'm looking to get my brother a wireless headset for Christmas that will work with both his PC and his PS4. This is proving to be a bigger challenge than I anticipated. Anyone have any solutions they know will work, or am I best to just buy a wired version?

Hey I have been looking for a wireless gaming headset 150 dollars or less that is compatible with xbox 360 and xbox one with wireless chat cables. Keep in mind that if it has ps3/4 bluetooth then you can use the turtle beach xba Bluetooth adapter. I have looked at the px4 with the xba adapter and the xp400 by turtle beach. It should preferably have bluetooth if not Bluetooth and xbox 360 compatibility. I may sound like a brocken record. I would also love surround soundsound. Thank you.

Off course without having to use the MX's usb bt dongle. Also, I've got bt4.0 built in.. Hope some of you can help me out

Watching a lot of videos, I've seen there are a lot of options when we tal about gaming headset. Three years ago, I decided to go and buy a Logitech G930 for a 7.1 surround experience. It actually sounds really good, but, the quality is just TERRIBLE. The little red LED it has on the mike to show if it is muted, just burned in 6 months of use. Like one year after I bought it, the micro USB port on the headset fell off, it literally came out when i unplugged the headset. I was just amazed how shitty a product be to last just one year. As an electrical engineer, i managed to solder a USB cord to the headset in where there should be the micro USB and it worked, I could actually recharge the battery since that was the only issue It had. Long story short, the solder kept breaking off since the cord was too heavy but it made the headset live for one and a half extra year. So today, I finished my painfull story by smacking the headset against the floor since Im bored of soldering the piece of sh... headset. So here it is my question. I have $100 bucks to spend on a gaming headset. I love the fact it was wireless since I love to stay in bed and listen to music or watch a movie on the TV. I would like some help to find the best gaming headset for 100 that has to be 7.1 and wireless preferable. I'm thinking on the Corsair 2100 but I dont know. I listen to suggestions and if there are higher priced headsets, saving more money is something i can do to afford a higher priced one. Steelseries H wireless would be the best option but I wont pay 300 for a headset for now. So $100 as top but i can listeng to a little bit higher suggestions.

Hey all, So I've been looking around for a pair of Wireless gaming headsets. I've always used headsets with wires before, currently using the Razer Carcharias. I'm not really sure where to start searching, however. Are there any headsets you would recommend? If yes, why so? My price range is about 150euro's. Thanks in advance, -Sybrand
