Hello i've been able to obtain this GPU: https://imgur.com/a/0HFWxsI But i do not want to a custom water cooling system since i cant afford it and i cant find used systems in Denmark. I was wondering if i could use this on it https://www.arctic.de/en/ax4 or i should go with the kraken g12 universal mount + aio. I would really prefer if i could do it aircooled but i do not know if the card inside the waterblock is compatible. Does anybody have any advice on how to go about this because i am totally lost and youtube did not give me any helpful answers.

ok first post on here, I have a custom built PC been having this issue , here are the specs first MSI Xpower AC z97 Mother board Intel 4790k processor 32 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 2400 mhz Ram Corsair HX 1200i power source 3 x EVGA TITAN Black 6gb GPU's No SLI EK waterblocks now heres the issue .... i am running 6 28inch 4k samsung screens ...( i'm a Day-trader not a gamer ) recently, while working ... my pc will for no apparent reason freeze up and i get the " windows ran into an issue and needs to restart" (nvlddmkm.sys) blue screen when it restarts the 2 screens connected to the one card dont work , but if i reinstall the nvida drivers it will work again sometimes it happens 3 times in a single day then it wont happen for weeks my question is , is there a way i can figure out what it causing the issue without ripping my system apart .... is it the mother board , is it the gpu or a another issue any help or ideas would me much appreciated , ive contacted nvidia a few times and they take so long to get back and forth let me know your thoughts Thanks in advance

It's it a good time to recycle me titan black towards a upgrade? I guess more specifically what's it's value at the moment in a used market , would it be worth it to try and sell towards an upgrade , or has that ship sailed ?

So recently I accuired an EVGA GTX Titan Black Superclocked. Since I was not able to disassemble my main rig to swap my current gpu (GTX770) for the titan, I just throw it onto my current side project, an evga x58 board with an i7 930 @ 4ghz. As always I did some benchmarking on the new card and found out that its indeed a beast. However I found out that the temps are hitting just over 90°C. I'm not to comfortable with this temp especially with an "open bench( just a motherboard box on a table :D)". I saw some listings on ebay that came with all in one liquid coolers that made me wonder if its any good. Quickly checked online for reviews and I was impressed. So I decided that I don't want to kill my new little beast with those temps, so I ordered the Corsair N780 bracket for liquid coolers today. I was wondering, which corsair cooler should I buy for it. I'm not too sure if just a "small" 120mm single rad cooler would be enough. I'm not planning on overclocking it (too much), as I'm much more trying to preserve (if it makes sense), so it won't die on me in 1-2 years. Any suggestions? Which one should I buy, which one to avoid, and anyone has some experience with single 120 and dual rads? Like a H50 and H100. Thanks for the help!

I recently built my first gaming pc and bought a 970 for it. I've been happy with it but the other day a friend mentioned that he had a titan black superclocked that he wasn't using anymore and he'd sell it to me for $325. Is it worth it to get it and sell my 970 or should I just stick with what I have?

Hi, just wondering which card is more futureproof as they both have 2880 cores, but the 780Ti has higher clock speeds, but the Titan Black has 6GB of VRAM?
-
I've been modifying my Titan Black recently, and have just finished the final thing for this card (for now). It's not really a mod, as I didn't make it myself, but this seems like the best section to put it in. The backplate is made of matt black acrylic with the design laser etched into it. It cost me 17.90EUR (I have two of them, preparing for my second card) not including shipping. I bought them from Coldzero.eu <--- Very friendly and extremely helpful by the way. I will probably change the screws it came with for black ones later on.

Hello guys, i was doing a build and i though which is the best card from those: 780ti titan black titan 2 cfx 290 asus dcuii I will be using it mainly for gaming and a litlle of video-editing like ureal engine, pixar studio , 3d modelling JUST FOR FUN which do you recommend me?

I ordered it with a be quiet! Dark Power Pro 550W (Seasonic OEM with better capacitors and quieter fan). Now, from my knowledge, and everything I've read in these (and other) forums, 550W (with a 610W Peak) should be plenty for: Asus Maximus VI Impact G.Skill RipjawsX 2x8GB 1866MHz i7-4770k h100i Noctua NF-F12 (x2) Corsair Case fan (x1) Samsung 840 Evo 250GB WD Black 1TB eVGA Titan Black (ordered the ACX cooler from eVGA too) I was talking with NCIX support since the eVGA Titan Black is now back-ordered (I might've gotten one of the last ones, for now). He was telling me that "Nvidia recommends a minimum 600W power supply for the Titan Black because that's how much power it uses. The 250W rating is for the power draw at idle." This goes contrary to what I know. I told him to build it "as is" and tell me if there are power problems (I paid for the premium assembly + 1 year warranty). This would also go contrary to mITX cases with custom PSU's installed (like eVGA's Hadron with the 500W PSU). Should I be shopping for a bigger PSU?

Hey guys, I need a bit of help choosing a PSU This is roughly my build. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/tim81517lh/saved/3UJp My CPU is over clocked to 3.5Ghz, I forgot the voltage but it was not low. Sorry for the lack of info... I wanted to check my voltage but my PSU died so, yeah that's that. In terms of my graphics card, I plan to purchase a Titan Black in the future. I've entered this into the PSU calculator designated in the pinned post in this forum and the output was 580W, suggested the Corsair TX650M I was originally looking at Corsair CX750M. It's cheaper than the TX650M and it is fully modular. I hate non-modular ones, they're just terrible for cable management. I googled and came to the Seasonic ones? I had Seasonic but it died. Not too fond about Seasonic atm, but they're known for their reliability and my unit maybe 1/1000. I don't know. TX-series is supposed to be higher in quality compared to the CX ones? But I really prefer modular over non-modular... perhaps there are better units from other brands that are modular and not too expensive ($110USD is my planned budget.. really can't go over that).

So I'm planning a new devil's canyon build and plan to game at 3440x1440 (21:9) or even 4k, but I'm undecided on the GPU(s). Should I get one Titan Black or 2 EVGA gtx 780 6gb in SLI. Note: I will be liquid cooling the card(s) so I'm also planning to over clock.

I will be running three ASUS VG248QE monitors, and will be doing hardcore gaming, 3D rendering/animating in 3ds Max, video editing/rendering, and VFX. I will probably OC but just on air (will be using water cooling in my build but just a closed loop on my CPU. The rest will be air. It's just cheaper). So what would be the best option for me? Do you have anything else you'd recommend? Price doesn't matter (for what you are recommending). Oh, and I have to stay nVidia because Autodesk programs such as 3ds Max use PhysX (and I like nVidia more) Feel free to ask any other questions to find a better suggestion. Thanks.

Hi there, first post : ) I love the LinusTechTips videos and thought on becoming an active member on this forum and sorry for starting by asking for you guys advice. (English is not first language btw) I have: Intel i7 920 2.6GHz CPU (first generation) Gigabyte EX58-DS4 Motherboard G.Skill 6GB RAM (first gen DDR3 I think) Gigabyte GTX 260 OC Its about time for me to get a new computer, and its more of a need too as I will be using the new computer not just for gaming but mainly for business and that includes photo and video editing. I plan on going high end, with a flexible budget of $5000 AUD. The problem I have now is apparently everyone's problem; wait for the next generation technologies? Maxwell, DDR4 and Haswell-E or even Skylake. Is there more coming? I have planned on buying this high-end PC around June-July (after tax return here in Australia) but now I am thinking if its worth it or not, because the difference between one generation and other is huge compared to a refresh but I have also read that the first line of the first generation will be full of problems and will be poorly optimized which means a new built based on the last refresh of the current generation is a wiser move. So I came in conclusion that I should buy a simple PC of no more than $1000 and wait until Q1 or even Q4 2015 to buy the high end computer I originally planned on buying. What do you guys think I should do? ANY comments/opinions are appreciated. What ever you recommend I can't hold on to my current computer much longer. This is what I originally thought on getting: GPU: Intel i7 4930K MB: Asus P9X79-E WS GPU 1: gtx 780 Ti (maybe 2 of these) GPU 2: Nvidia Quadro K4000 3GB RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 64GB 2133MHz Storage: 2x Asus RAIDR 240GB or 1x OCZ Revo Drive 3 X2 Series 480GB 1x Samsung 840 EVO 1TB and 1x Western Digital Black 4TB Monitor: Asus PB279Q Soundcard: Not sure as Asus just release the Essence III. But it will definitely be a high end sound card as I am quite an audiophile. I also plan on getting liquid cooling but I am still not sure about it and as for the case I will probably use the same one I have which is an Antec twelve hundred V1 or if I get liquid cooling I would buy the corsair 900D

So I was debating on 4k but I decided to stick with the rog swift. I got to see this monitor in person and I fell with it. Now I just need to find the perfect Nvidia GPU or GPU configuration, cause obviously its gsync enabled. My question is what's the best GPU configuration to max out that 144hz 1440p res on full settings for ALL of the newer titles. I was thinking sli titan blacks or maybe a titan z. Not really sure. Any input will. Love, Jape.

I currently have a system with a high end motherboard+4930k overclocked to 4.5hz. core voltage 1.35. 1 evga titan black super clocked, oced by 100mhz, 1 hard drive, 3 ssd. all these hardware is running on corsair ax860i. Im planning on getting another titan black to complete my 4k sli set up. so my question is, is this power supply (corsair ax860i) enough for 2 titan blacks plus all these other hardwares i listed? if not, what psu should i be getting? thanks in advance for the help guys

Hi, So I have a Titan Black. I planned on 3D modelling with it. My applications include: AutoCAD, AutoInventor, 3ds Max, Maya, Ansys Fluent, and many more. However, I noticed that when I'm in Autodesk Inventor, viewport navigation lags like hell when I pan and zoom around. I checked MSI Afterburner and found that the GPU was doing barely any work, this is the same for the CPU. So what do I need to do to make Auto Inventor make use of my GPU AND CPU? The GPU doesn't even present normal clocks due to the minimal work load. In fact, it runs at around 500mhz to conserve energy. That being said, I game and fold@home without problems. So then, how can I make Autodesk Inventor work with Titan blacks? Or is this a GPU/firmware problem?

So, I'm gonna make my own rig and I'm going to use two Evga GTX titan black's. I want to water cool them and have all I need for the cycle except a waterblock and backplate. I have seen a few on the Internet but none seem to have any reviews so I was wondering if someone could give me a few links to some good ones.

Hi, guys, i currently have dual 660 ti's and I'm considering to make a major make over. I want to get some kind of workstation grade(y) card and it seems like titan black can do that? Can anyone explain what titan black has to offer over the original titan and 780 ti?

Highlighted some of the important things that most repliers have been ignoring: ETA - depends on when/if the Titan Black comes out and if it's good for mining (if not good for mining, I can wait a while longer to see if any non-reference ones get released --- I don't want miners to buy up all of the inventory!) Purpose - Games (Watchdogs, Star Citizen, The Division, Titanfall, & DIII - RoS), autoCAD, simulations (new: physics & chemistry, not games), and mining (not why I'm getting this computer) when not doing the above. new: I mention mining only because I can get a computer that guarantees me no money (i.e. don't mine) or I can get a computer that doesn't guarantee me no money (i.e. I can mine) Goal - Quiet but powerful. Silent but deadly. Budget - Preferrably under $4500 CAD before taxes & shipping. Location - SW Ontario, Canada. Look left. Looking for exclusively Canadian retailers (I've focused on NCIX for components & DazMode for water-cooling). Have to support the Canadian economy! side notes: I want NVidia over AMD for PhysX and better driver support (historically). I'm using CaseLabs because I like having ground-clearance for the case (will get the HD caster wheels) since I have radiant floor heating (controlled by the thermostat in the apartment below me .... stupid. I know.). Case - Case-Labs Mercury S5 airflow config($320) PSU - Antec HCP-1000 ($280) or be quiet! Dark Power Pro 850W ($240) Mobo - Asus Maximus VI Gene ($225) CPU - i7-4770k ($350) RAM - G.Skill RipjawsX 1866MHz 2x8GB ($197) SSD - Samsung Evo 250GB ($200) HDD - WD Black 1TB ($90) GPU - 1 or 2 GTX Titan Blacks (1 or 2 x $1000) (meh or awesome for mining, respectively) Darkside Flex Dual Radiator with D5 kit ($290) {https://www.dazmode.com/store/product/dual-radiator-d5-pump-tank-reservoir-complete-watercoling-kit/} Darkside 360mm Thick Rad ($95) Scythe GT 2150rpm AP-45 (5 x $21) GPU waterblocks (est. $150 each) Misc - $48 (like thermal paste, some extra compression fittings, etc.) =================================== Sub-total = $4500 (2 Titans) vs. $3350 (1 Titan) - getting an O/S separately from the local university bookstore (student prices, YAY!) Pretty much, if I might have to worry that a month or two from when the Titan Black is released whether it will be in stock because it's getting nabbed by miners, I will buy it right away. Plus, according to the NCIX website, for system builds over $2000, they'll assemble & test free-of-charge {http://pc.ncix.com/pcbuilder/pchelp.cfm}. The one thing I'm worried about dropping this kind of coin for a rig is getting just 1 DOA component and having to deal with RMA. All of my prices are from the regular price, since I have no idea what the special prices, if any, will be at the time of purchase. Any suggestions? I almost bought the system last year, with a GTX Titan, but my friends told me to hold out until the new consoles came out (and the hyped games were expected to release).

Soon im buying a new high end gaming pc and will be running my games at 4k but cant decide which cards to buy either a 3 way 780 ti or a 2 way titan black setup. I am aware of the v-ram difference on both cards but from many benchmarks ive seen the titan black 2 way sli and 780 ti 3 way sli are close on fps. But which would be better for my money and gaming experience. Of course i want to use the highest graphics settings possible with playable frame rate also i will be gaming for up to an occasional 8 hours at a time. Please give best advice Thanks!

Ho hum chaps, So, my new build is in progress and it's long overdue to say the least. Technology has come far over the last 5 years since my last PC construction. Like many I have spent a lot of time researching the parts to make up my new dream machine. Here's what I have so far: Intel i7 4790 gigabyte Z97 UD5H-BK Intel 730 250GB SSD WD-1TB BLACK BeQuiet Dark Power Pro 750w BeQuiet Dark Rock 3 Hyper X Fury White 16gb 1833 Fractal R4-WH-W Which leaves all but the GPU to complete it..... Now, this isn't really aimed at a gaming rig. My full time job is a webmaster, as well as various coding IDE's I use Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom from the Adobe 2014 CC suite quite a lot. I'm also getting into Premiere and After effects more & more... hence my need for a new rig. My old Phenom ii Q4 955BE, as good as it has been, and I really can say it has been a brilliant workhorse of a processor is now over 5 years old and doesn't quite crunch the numbers as I would like ...It's also paired up with a Radeon HD5770... which again, doesn't quite fit the bill for what I am aiming to to. Having said that... Star Craft is pretty smooth  , though not maxed out. So over the last week or so I have been looking at the GTX 780, 780ti and the Titan Black... All of which have different price tags, cuda cores and DDR5 memory, the latter being 6GB against 3GB... I want this system to last me a few years.... but certainly don't want to waste money unnecessarily... who does right ?!?? So what do we think chaps ? 780..? 780ti or the Titan Black to work with the above spec? Also... if I did get the TITAN, would that bottle neck the CPU ? Any thoughts are VERY welcome. Many Thanks Thomas_the_3rd )))

I want to get a new gpu and I have enough for the Titan Black. Is it more beneficial to get the the Titan Black over the 780Ti ? I want to use the card for adobe type programs (eg. Photoshop, Premiere and Media Encoder rendering) and gaming.
