So I purchased a LTT Wan hoodie on April 6th, and was very dismayed that it wouldn't be processed until May 1st. But I can wait, I have been wearing the same hoodie for about 4 years so what's another month? Then to my shock and excitement my package was sent out on April 11th! as I am only a few hours away from Vancouver and in Canada, I was super excited to wear my new hoodie potentially Friday or Saturday! Anyway it's now April 15th and still no hoodie (this is totally fine! I'm not complaining about shipping time at all!) But my shipping number for Wizmo auto redirects to Canada Post where it says no tracking number exists. I just emailed customer support. But I am wondering if this is a normal issue with Wizmo? Never heard of them before. It would be awesome to know when I can expect my hoodie.

So I've just put an order at the store to be able to use the backpack discount and the notification at the cart said that new orders are to be shipped by 11th of June...I know that probably quite a few people did the same, but even during Black Friday the delays were about a month, any idea what's going on now that the delay is almost 3months just to ship the order that's all 'in stock' ?:o

Hi guys! As you probably know, there's a big sale coming up for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, but the shipping costs are pretty high for EU...anyone wants to do a group buy and then just send it internally within EU to each other?

Hey guys, I don't know if this is intentional but it looks like the only option on the LTT Store is UPS Worldwide Expedited. I live in Ireland and thought the constellation shirt looks pretty good. Unfortunately the shipping to Waterford City in the Republic of Ireland seems pretty steep for a t-shirt. (See screenshot) I don't exactly need expedited shipping and would be more than happy if I had to wait a number of weeks for it to arrive. Is non-expedited shipping something that is being considered for worldwide destinations? I am signed up to a service here in Ireland where the post office supplies us with a US address who can forward post to Ireland for cheap enough, but I don't think they take registered post and they're a tad unreliable, so I would rather go direct if it is possible. Thanks in advance to anyone who can shine some light on this. - Isaac

There is 3 options: 1. Ship fully built with no extras 2. Ship fully built with expanding packing foam (cost more) 3. Ship the GPU Seperate from the system slight reduction in cost. Is paying for faster shipping more or less likely to result in damage to the PC? Additionally is it worth paying for shipping protection through UPS Capital?

I’m wondering how much control LTT has on who ships there packages. In my last order from LTTStore it went from DHL to Dai Direct then was delivered by Aramex. Do you have to use whatever DHL sends it to or what do just specify what couriers to use? the aramex in my local area is horrible, I’ve never had any real issues but by the reports it’s rife with high delays and package theft. I would rather pay an extra 5-10 dollars to have Australian post deliver it then to have a chance of my packages (which always cost me a couple of hundred since I bulk by to save on shipping) being stolen or stuck in a warehouse for months. apologises if this is a repeat topic. (btw very happy with my backpack and screwdriver)

Recently I decided I wanted to finally get a mouse pad/deskmat that was better than the usual free ones I've always ended up with. Unfortunately they shipped the thing folded and now I have creases divided it in 3 sections. I'm having a hard time finding info on safe ways to flatten it out. Don't care if the solution takes time or isn't super easy I just want to find a way to flatten it out that wont ruin the graphic or warp the shape. Says its make of polyester something something so I linked the product page. I really appreciate any insight. https://www.newegg.com/p/2VS-00DV-00YR4?Item=9SIAAJ9DKN5897&quicklink=true

So I'm checking the PC in but removing the GPU, and CPU cooler, that's going on hand luggage with me. The pc is going inside the case box which will be wrapped with bubble wrap and put on a larger box so I think exterior protection is adequate. But for the inside despite having no large components that have leverage I would still like to pack the PC with something just in case. I have some of that brown packing paper I saved up, half of the people have told me its fine to use and the other half said its not, so I'm wondering if its fine with the mobo and all that stuff. If its not fine is there any other recommendations for packing since anti static bubble wrap where I'm from comes around 50$ and that's ridiculous, I know its good to spend the money to keep the pc safe but I already spent 25 on a rugged carboard box don't really feel like spending 75$ on just packaging...

I'm here for a sanity check. I'm pretty tech savvy but I want a second opinion. So I ordered from amazon a 980Pro link Here but the drive that was in the box I think is just a 980 is there a difference between the two? Did I get the "less good" drive? Is the drive in image what was supposed to be in the box? There is a s/n: on the box that is different than the one on the drive is that normal? This is the box I received. This is the drive in the box.

Hi all, Watching all the LTT channels for the past 5 years now, loving the content. So I purchased the CPU Pillow 50x50cm paid 69,99 dollar for it plus 19,99 dollar shipping and 18,90 dollar taxes. I do have to say the pillow is really nice, soft and looks very stylish in my living room! Took a month to get to the Netherlands, but when it got at the postal service they send me another invoice for taxes. They from the postoffice kept telling me i paid for US taxes, and not theirs which is 21,55 euro (Inklaringskosten). So i looked at the track & trace and saw it went from Vancouver to Los Angeles and then to the Netherlands. As far as I know and can find online you only have to pay taxes from origin to destination and not when a package is transfered between planes in another country. So in total i now paid 135,86 dollar to get it delivered which is about double the original price. The post office is basing their decision on https://www.lttstore.com/pages/customs-duty-fees Can anyone explain if this is even legal, or how i can prove that i paid for the correct taxes. If it's normal how do i get US taxes back because i don't think I need to pay these Thanks for the help, looking forward to replies

Hi everyone, I recently built a new pc in a micro atx case (Corsair Crystal Series 280x) and my mom strongly wants to let Fedex take care of the packaging and shipping of it as I'm about to go across the country for college. The issue is that I have a gut feeling that if I do this my computer is going to arrive terribly broken. Any thoughts or experience regarding something like this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, Starting to worry here. I placed an order for a t-shirt and a water bottle on Dec 2nd and it was shipped on the 4th. But still today Jan 15th nothing here. The tracking does not give any info after Dec 4th. I sent an email to support@lttstore.com on the Jan 10th but still has not received any response. So, now what? /Edward

As you might know, the cost of shipping to Europe is pretty high. I thought it would be great to create some sort of "group-buy" (when a specific amount of Items is bought, then they are shipped). It would make the cost for single order lower and more orders would be placed due to lower shipping price . Maybe there could be a "signup for order", "place an order, pay later", or just as usual order when you pay right away. What do you think? Is ist possible to push this idea further to LTT staff?
-
So obviously the biggest limiting factor is how fast LTTStore staff can actually get the items out the door, but would it be possible to add the ability to pay for a faster shipping option than UPS Ground? I think as some of these items go off back order and become regular items it will be something to consider to get the items in customer's hands faster.

I’m thinking of building a pc. However, I’m moving to another country in like 4 months. If I build a pc in my current location and transport it with me to the other country, will I have to pay some extra cash? I heard that that may happen to prevent people from buying components in a country where its cheaper and bringing it back to their home country but I’m not sure. If its a thing, how much extra cash do I have to pay for a pc?

Hello, I would really like to know your experiences of using DHL to ship computers/computer parts within Europe. I want to make a purchase from a German retailer, but the only real option for delivery to my country is using DHL. And checking DHL reviews on internet just made me very wary. At the same time I thought that maybe people just rarely leave good reviews for delivery services and therefor only negative reviews accumulate. DHL reviews on Trustpilot at 1.2 out of 5 stars - DHL Reviews | Read Customer Service Reviews of www.dhl.com (trustpilot.com) The site I'm currently checking out is www.computeruniverse.net and as far as I understand, they do provide replacements in case of damaged goods during shipment. Still I would rather have everything delivered in a well working condition. Thank you very much!

As the title states, I ordered a screwdriver and two bit packs on August 31st, at that time the website stated it should ship in November. Checking back now the screwdriver listing has waves listed and according to the order number (410xxx) mine should have shipped Nov 20th. I haven't received a single communication or update beyond my initial order confirmation. I've emailed support and have not had a response. I emailed again today. but based on other comments I've seen it seems unlikely to have a response soon. This is a very disappointing experience. For a company that has made a name for themselves by calling out failures of others saying "They should do better" I'm wondering when their going to stop and take a look in a mirror on this one. If I don't have my screwdriver or a very clear update and action received soon. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank.

I’ve moved a few times since I built my computer and the packaging for the case is starting to take a beating. I’d like to replace the packaging with similar quality foam and box quality to what I got my case in (Phanteks P500A). I’m having trouble identifying the type of foam that’s used in packaging desktop cases. I think it might be polyurethane, but I’m not sure? Anyone know or have favorite vendors to get replacement foam/packaging from?

Hey everyone, I was hoping you might be able to answer a question I have. I'm considering selling my old laptop to a friend (a 15.6" Windows laptop - all solid-state, so no HDD), however due to current circumstances and locations, I will have to ship it. However, I'm a little unsure about the battery and whether a courier will take it due to that. Question: Is it fine to send it with the battery and if so - who would be the better courier? I was thinking DPD as I've always had good luck with them. I can't seem to see anything on their prohibited list about it, but just wanted to make sure. Cheers.

Eleven days ago, I placed a large order from Newegg (.)com for a total of over $400USD. All items ordered were a SATA SSD, a PSU, a single stick of ram, a motherboard, and two desktop cases. It's now been 7 full business days since the order was first placed, and everything except for the two cases have arrived. In all, I now have every single part of an entire computer except for the case it's supposed to go in. The person I am building this system for is understandably upset that the computer that I was supposed to deliver tomorrow is missing the entire case. I don't seem to be the only one having this issue, as I've seen lots of posts in the customer service section on their website asking about it. My specific problem is that Newegg says that the cases are waiting to be picked up by USPS, and USPS says they haven't been given anything to deliver. It's almost as if Newegg took money in exchange for items that they don't actually have in stock. I understand that shipping times on non-essential items have been stretched out, but this goes beyond the already stretched out shipping times (3-5 business days went up to 5-7) I just wanna know when this stuff is coming in. What should I do? Keep waiting? Cancel my order and spend the extra $20 to buy the cases on Amazon? Try and look for the cases somewhere else? I need some input. Thanks
