It is easily the most comfortable headset I have ever owned. The sound quality is amazing and super clear. Each ear cup contains a sizable piece of very comfortable moderately thick foam that feels like memory foam, doesn’t allow for much sound leakage and does a fairly good job in the noise isolation category. Now lets talk about the features and what you get when you buy it. Plaese note that Astro has made some pretty serious upgrades to the A50’s hardware and software since this release so yours may be different. You can check the link in the description below to get info on the latest upgrades. The box itself was excellent, very sturdy and well made. Inside the box I got: 1 Base Station that includes an SPDIF…”SPDIF” optical in and out slot, a USB A slot that charges the headset and a USB Micro slot that serves to power the device. 1 SPDIF Audio cable 1 USB A to Mini Cable that is 3 feet long. This plugs into the base station and charges the headset. I found this to be a little short for my liking so I went to Staples and bought a 10 ft cord for like 5 bucks. 1 Stand 1 USB A to Micro cable that plugs into the back of your computer and powers the base station. 1 XBox chat cable. Now lets break away from that and talk features: As I said each ear piece is encased in a sizable piece of very comfortable moderately thick foam that feels like memory foam, doesn’t allow for much sound leakage and does a fairly good job in the noise isolation category. The headset supports Dolby Digital 7.1 Surround Sound and I’ll tell you…... IT’S GORGEOUS!. The clarity is so good that I can usually pinpoint where another gamer or enemy is and react long before they can get a clean shot. Superb job there, Astro. The headset itself is fairly large and made of plastic. It sports two metal ‘hinges’ that support the ear pieces and allow for adjustment. There are on ear buttons that allow me to separate game and voice chat and 3 EQ modes. The headset has a good weight to it but it’s not heavy enough to be distracting. The flexible plastic piece with foam attached makes the fit sturdy but comfortable. As a matter of fact, I sometimes forget they are on my head. The Microphone is an adjustable boom mic that produces a good quality reproduction of your voice and that locks into place and mutes when it’s flipped into an upward position. Now lets talk about the most important thing to consider when purchasing any Wireless headset: Battery life and wireless range. In the case of the A50, both are exceptional. As far as the wireless goes, I consistently get up from my chair and walk across my very large house before I notice any distortion. That’s a distance of maybe 1500 feet. The battery is good, lasting between 8-10 hours on a single charge. An audible beep is heard every 5 minutes or so when the battery has about 30 minutes of life left. From there, I plug it in using the included USB cable and am able to charge the headset and continue gaming without interruption. Before I end this I want to talk about RMAing with Astro. About a year ago the USB port on the back of the transmitter came loose. I filed a claim with Astro online, sent them the broken one and within a week, I had a new one in my hands. I am searching for a online storage services for my files. I recently watched a youtube video about kimdotcom the creator of megaupload. He started another site for cloud storage which is called MEGA. (mega.nz) Have anyone used mega to store their file??? How was the overall experience??? Also I have a lot of files I would like to transfer to the cloud, which service should I use??? I am using google drive for all the documents I have, but I have some other videos I would like to store too, and my google drive is almost full. Which cloud storage do you guys use???

So i'm downloading a big file via MEGA right now and i don't know where it's downloading to. i'm losing storage on my C drive every 10 minutes or so because of the download (12 GB), but i have set google chrome to place downloaded stuff on my D drive. Does anyone know where i can find the file?

Hello everyone. I have a toshiba notebook with amd e-240 processor. So this problem happened twice already. It took him about 2 hours to finish all stuff when turned on. First cause was failing hdd. But second time i gacmve it to friend and he told me to stop updating and he cleaned some malware. But the most important thing that ge did was to disable certain update. After that the boot time was less than two minutes. The process svchost.exe is taking 95% of cpu. Then comes trustedinstaller.exe and msmpeng.exe ( microsoft security essentials) is working too. This thing is happening again and there is only 1 reason why, i did not do anything else that could affect system. The volume icon went missing and i already solved this before by activating some reg file. And that us it. If someone knows that update he can tell me and i would really apreciate it.

hey everyone, a bit of back story before we get started, my megas screen cracked a few months ago, i couldnt use the half of the screen located below the crack, no big deal, 45$ got a new digitalizer and replaced it, worked completely fine for a month or so, afterthat it got somewhat figity in places but no major problems. around an hour ago it started erraticly "pressing" things, i wouldnt even have the phone in my hand and it would just randomly open videos from my youtube subbox, or hit random characters on my keyboard whilst trying to type out messages, i also recently put a "glass" screen protector on my phone. i suspect that the cheap digitalizer coupled with the screen protector is the problem, however if someone were to say "nah man just change a setting over and it totally works" i would do so. however thats un likely so ill be removing the protector shortly. The cat and mouse case between the company Mega-upload and the US DOJ saw it's first conviction yesterday. A programmer called Andrus Nõmm, pleaded guilty to Felony Copyright Infringment and was sentenced to One year and One day in a federal prison. (That one day makes a difference), EDIT 2: (forgot I have to put #sarcasm) Nõmm has been facing extradition in the Netherlands since his arrest back in 2012. He was arrested this week in Virginia. Mega-uploads owner, Kim Dotcom has recently been handed all the files back from the seized servers but he and many other staff are still fighting extradition to the US, since their criminal charges are still being held against them. A statement made by the Department of Justice follows: Dotcom maintains that the DOJ used leverage of Nõmm's financial situation to force a guilty plea and posted to twitter: An extradition hearing is to held in June 2015 for the extradition of Kim Dotcom and 3 other Mega-upload staff. My thoughts. If it is true that this programmer was forced to plea guilty, this is just messed up. I truly believe (and this is my opinion), That the staff knew that there was copyrighted content on the site, and did their best to get rid of it. But members were so dedicated to keep it there, when it was deleted, it would just get re-uploaded. Now the wrong people are facing the price. The users who uploaded the content with the intent for it to avoid copyright, should be the ones the DOJ goes after. Your Thoughts, please leave them down below. We all know that each memory bus has an amount of memory which has a native support, right? Well I was wondering if the Memory bit x 10 would equal the max supported memory on the bus. Example: 192-Bit 192 x 10 = 1920 MB of supported memory 384-Bit 384 x 10 = 3840MB of max supported memory. Does this actually work or am I just imagining things?
