I've been using the MX Ergo for about 3-4 years now (since it launched) and the soft rubber has deformed as per the image, (oils and stuff) Is there something I can do to partially restore and prevent further wear on it? What would you guys recommend? Here's what I tried: Rubbing alcohol with a paper towel and gently rubbing the afflicted areas, the result was it got better but only because I wound up removing small bits of the first layer of the rubber, revealing a lower layer.

Hi everyone i need travel bag suggestions for my nintendo switch lite. It currently has a grip case on and I have been looking everywhere to find a travel case where I can place my switch into the travel bag / case directly without taking it out of the grip case. But I have not found anything suitable. Does anyone have a similar problem or a suggestion? this is the grip case. My current travel case has both its zippers broken. So I have to get a new one in the end. But it would be better If I could get one where I can put the switch lite without having to take it out of its grip case.

Any recommendations on mice that are comfortable for people with claw grip? I did some research on it this past week, but have seen mixed//conflicting reviews// are too basic to make an educated decision. I'd mostly be playing shooters (overwatch) but also play a wide range of other genre games. I don't care too much about RGB, etc. It would be nice to fit my Black/Blue aesthetic but not critical.

Hey all, I'm looking for a new mouse, I currently use some POS $10 mouse. I have a fingertip grip and a fairly large hand. Been looking at the logitech G502 but don't really know what other mice are out there. I like the thumb rest thingy, I also like the thumb buttons and extra pointer finger buttons. Would like to keep it under ~60 USD. Thanks!

So on the dbrand Grip product page, they say the grip is compatible with dbrand skins. Would this affect the fitting of the S8+ without a dbrand skin? This year on scrapyard wars they show the grp with iPhone 7s that have a dbrand skin on them. If the grip is not a snug fit with the S8+ I will go with my original choice of a Otterbox Commuter http://a.co/2oUwMb2.

Hey all! I'm looking for ways to increase grip on my LG V20 without increasing any bulk. Meaning I want to avoid using case. I already have a Ringke Air TPU case for the V20 however I found it still too bulky. It makes the bezel look thicker, make swiping over the edge a pain, make replacing the battery a chore, and just bleh, don't want to use it unless I have to. I'm mainly looking to reduce slippage. I do single hand use a lot so this is quite important. Here's a picture to try to convey what I mean: This is my previous phone, the Nexus 5X. It has a nice rubber soft finish at the back which provides a good amount of grip. As you can see I can rest the phone on the palm of my fingers at quite an extreme angle and it still won't slip. So far I've looked into these methods: -Adding the dbrand Dragon Skin - Already done it, looks incredibly stylish, however doesn't add as much grip as I want. It adds "grip" if I hold it, but the texture actually increases slippage when I'm only letting it rest on the palm. -Plasti dipping the back cover with the black/clear spray - Iv'e seen a couple of people doing it online, however most don't report how long it lasts, and those who do report it only lasting a couple of days. -Plasti dipping the back with the super grip spray - Haven't seen anyone do it. Apparently the spray can't be done on vinyl so if I go this route, bye bye Dragon skin ): -Putting grip tape at the back of the phone - This have also been done quite a bit, however the texture looks very similar to the dragon skin. I've afraid it'll again just increase slippage. I'll need to find some at a hobby store and feel it for myself. -Putting rubber tape at the back of the phone - Haven't seen anyone do it. From pictures it looks like the soft rubber feel I'm looking for, but again I'll need to look for them in stores and feel it to know for sure. -Putting microsuction tape at the back of the phone - This might be the most bizarre method. But I seriously wonder how it'll feel in the hand, handle in the pocket, and if this means the phone will never slip off the desk again. That's all the ideas I have. Does anyone have any more I can look into?

Their one dollar goal and all the jokes aside it looks like this case could be on the next episode of kickfarted...with a lot of people not getting it and the quality of the ones they did get doesnt seem that good either...And now there is a 2nd generation to this with there being plenty of people who didnt get their first gen, I cancelled mine because I switched phones and they didnt support the s9.....Look like I saved some money... https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/dbrand-grip-phone-case/x/17659189#/comments Heres a link to the comments if you want some proof... On a completely unrelated topic this was my first time ordering form indigogo and so I found some other stuff here and ordered another pair of headphones which looks like a bust too and the company has just disappeared lol...Just my luck... https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/dolphin-waterproof-earbuds-with-intuitive-controls/x/17659189#/updates/all link to that campaign

Basically my fingers touch my mousepad, the bottom of my palm touches my mouse pad and my two pinky and index fingers were closed to each other.

Hey just want to give a shout out to Grip-iT joystick grips. I got a couple of these on a hunch, and I have to say they make such a difference in my control of games, and thus my enjoyment of games. Going back and forth between using grips and not using grips makes me wonder how I enjoyed games without them. It is kind of amazing just how bad the grip is on most joysticks.

Hello people, this is my first post on this forum. I have been an avid watcher for years, but have never joined the forum until now. Pretty much I just want to know how, almost 6 months after dbrand (finally) shipped out all of the grip cases, everyone's is fairing. I personally got one for my iphone 6, and it was starting to fall apart and cracked on the back side under the lightning port, and I contacted dbrand and they promptly sent me a replacement. Also, I was wondering if anyone knew why dbrand has completely stopped advertising the case, and you can't buy grip-specific skins for any device, and it looks like there's no way to buy a new grip for a new phone? I have an iphone 6 obviously, and will probably upgrade soon, and if I don't get a 7 or an 8, I'm gonna need a new case, because this one won't be compatible with anything else. Thanks in advance for replies! Really just trying to start a discussion...

I have always though I used palm grip but I looked at some pics on google that confuses me. https://www.quora.com/What-are-the-types-of-mouse-grip-styles around half of my palm is touching the mouse so it looked like the image to the left. However I do not click using the whole finger instead only the tips of it, but grip style seemed to use a lot less palm area than me. So which one do I use? Im confused and is just wondering.

This isn't necessarily a news story, since every crowdsourcing campaing is a mess, but I would like to hear a statement from LTT on Wan show or something since you guys advertised the dbrand grip so much that you got me to buy it aswell. I even finally joined your forum for this. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/dbrand-grip-phone-case/x/3311458#/comments According to the comments I am definetely not the only one who found the grip case to be sub-par. In my case, I bought the case for the galaxy s8, and the glass screen protector bows like 1cm away from the screen. I tried with a couple of different types of glass protectors, and it cracked all of them. Oh, and also I cant use the edge at all with the case. That seems just like poor design too. I have also read about some people having problems with the phones coming out of the case when dropped so I definitely would not run it without the screen protector. I haven't read all of the comments obviously, but these seem like pretty major issues for a phone case that cost me 50 usd and I was even one of the earliest people that ordered it. If there is a more suitable place for this thread, please show me da wae EDIT: Also, am I the only one that has had bad experiences with their customer support? I have tried to cancel 1 order, and change a second one but they did neither of the things asked. Just feels like they hide behind the robot roleplay. And also just to be clear, I left a comment to the indiegogo page myself too, I am wonmotlow over there just so one unsatisfied customer doesn't skew your view of the comment section

Hey, I saw that phillip defranco has a link that gives 5 bucks off the crowd funding price on the grip and I wanna support LTT and was wondering if theres a link like his. I like phillyd too but I wanna see LMG succeed because I know theyre spending a lot to make better and better content

DJI has just released information and pricing for the Osmo which is a powered handheld gimble, very similar(if not the same, but with a grip) to the one implemented in the Inspire 1. "The Osmo is a battery-powered handgrip with built-in Wi-Fi and camera controls. For Inspire 1 owners, you'll be able to use its camera and gimbal assembly off the quadcopter and lock it onto Osmo. You'll also be able to buy an Osmo with a version of the Zenmuse X3 camera. The main difference between the two is that the Osmo camera's focus is set to 1 meter (3.3 feet) whereas the Inspire 1's is set to infinity. The Osmo will also work with the Zenmuse X5 cameras." There are locks on the gimble so it doesn't break while not in use. The camera takes a moment to start and "is ready to record in a few seconds, but it takes about 20 seconds for the Wi-Fi to get up and running." The wifi will allow connectivity with Apple and Android phones where it can be used as a screen and be used for fine tuning settings. As far as buying it, "The DJI Osmo can be ordered now direct from DJI for $650 and £550 and will begin shipping October 15. Availability and pricing for Australia wasn't immediately available, but the UK price converts to about AU$1,165." Spec overview: Fully stabilized 4K, 12Mp camera optimized for ground use Tripod-free long exposures Remote camera control Ergonomic, secure grip Suite of accessories including bike & car mount, tripod, extension stick and phone mount 6-hour standby time 1 hour of video shooting Sauce: CNET Article DJI Osmo Store page

HTC announces Grip, its first wearable fitness tracker
Victorious Secret posted a topic in Tech News
I don't blame HTC for wanting into the wearable game, its fairly lucrative if you can get the basics right and offer a compelling enough product for the price they'll charge. I wouldn't buy it, but I think its a nice enough first step. They are giving up on HR and instead allowing you to use any bluetooth enabled HR sensor instead. I also wouldn't buy it because it looks like something a boy racer would wear and doesn't really look that nice as something you could wear on a day to day basis. At least my Surge can pass as a normal watch and be used in social settings without sticking out like a yellow coloured thumb. http://www.theverge.com/2015/3/1/8128561/htc-grip-specs-features-release-date-price -
When looking for the right mouse, all of the various terms can be confusing. Some mice have an "optical" sensor. What does that mean? What do you mean "claw grip?" This thread is to help you out. First, when buying a mouse, consider your budget. Some high-end gaming mice can hit $100+ US dollars and often cost more in places like Europe or far-off countries where shipping is expensive. Second, observe the grip you use when holding a mouse. There's 3 main kinds - Fingertip, Claw and Palm. Often people will use a hybrid of these sorts. Here's what each one looks like using my small hands and Logitech M500. These details are how I recommend that you approach buying a mouse. If you have any question or comments about all the information, want a mouse recommendation or the like, feel free to leave such things below. If you spotted something I missed or said incorrectly, you can correct me (and find some sort of link with info about it too please). Thanks! (credit to @atavax and @woll3 for info stuff)

Hi all, I need your help for a mouse recommendation, I bought a G502 to replace my old Microsoft M-BJ69, but I have a hard time adjusting to it. As the mouse is rounder and smoother, when I'm resting my hand as heavy as I did on the old one, it slips backward, twisting my wrist and making it scrape my mousepad (see the pictures). Of course, I could use a lighter grip, but I find it tiring on my arm as the mouse is quite heavy. And I liked the grip I had on the old one, but it's too slow and lacks side buttons. Could you recommend me a mouse that is the same size and has 2-3 side buttons, but is flatter and lighter? I looked at the Zowie FK and Steelseries Sensei Raw Rubber. It don't game a lot, I just want a quality mouse with buttons I can bind to shortcuts. Thanks!

How do you grip your mouse? Let's see how the LTT Community likes to grab their junk.

Does anyone know of a mouse longer than 133mm which seem to be the standard for large mice. Ive pretty large hands and so im forced to claw grip most mice but its very uncomfortable and i sometimes even cramp up. The most comfortable mouse i used was the IE3 which was good but still too short at 133mm and the only one i found longer than that is the gigabyte m7 thor though im not sure how well that mouse fits since i cant find it in any local stores. If i cannot find anything else i will be choosing between the Thor or a Steelseries Rival which is similar to the IE3. If anyone knows of at least a decent gaming mouse in the 14cm range i would be very grateful. Also i suppose it could be a bit shorter but with a larger bulge to cover my palm. Thanks

Hi guys, I currently use a Logitech M305 (http://g-ecx.images-amazon.com/images/G/01/electronics/detail-page/B002Y6CJJ8_M305_Silver_CTG.jpg) with a claw grip. Sadly it has been having problems recently and I want to get a new mouse. But, I don't know what mouse to get :( My budget is up to $90, and I would prefer it be similar shaped. Thanks in advance for the suggestions :D EDIT: I'm going to be using it for gaming mostly.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NL2eSDCc2w http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NL2eSDCc2w This is a spontanious video i made, unboxing and comparing 4 gaming mice, that are not that well known. I ordered 4 mice to try a wide vareity and decided to share some thoughts about these mice, since they are not so well known, they're not your typical Deathadder 2013 or R.A.T. 7 that someone else would recommend. Mice: Steelseries Sensei RAW rubberized CM Storm Sentinel Advanced II CM Storm Havoc EpicGear Meduza Making the video was a fun project but as you may have noticed it's not made professionally and i don't usually make videos. Sorry for all the 'eeerrr and ummm' this was basically an unscripted one taker, that's also why it's so long. After watching it myself i didn't wanna upload it i think it's boring. English isn't my native language, so sorry for that. :-P If you have any questions about the mice, feel free to ask me here or in a PM. BTW i still don't know wich one to keep (CM Havoc or EpicGear Meduza)

Hey, I've been searching for a mouse but i can't find something that i fully like. First off: i use finger grip style, my palm doesn't touch the mouse, i have large hands. I use my middle finger for aiming while index is shooting. ring and pinkie usually sit on the right side. (see picture). Currently I'm using this mouse from Trust. model number 17065. The quality is awful but the shape is almost godlike. Only the tail, where my pinkie sits is a bit too big. Anyways, it's cheap and i want a quality mouse. So far I've had the Corsair M40 and the Roccat Kone Pure. Both were great mice. But my ringf. and pinkie couldn't find a comfy position. Also i wasn't abled to easily lift the mouse, which i often do, because I'm a low sensetivity gamer. They had too few grip on the right side. I sent them both back. I also tried the razer ourobouros, which made clear, that my mouse should never have any edges! The razer DA13 is very comfy, i tried it in a store but the clicks are too small. So i am searching for a quality mouse, not too round and small, but no edges either. Good grip on both sides. Standard buttons + forwards backwards. not more. Preferably for a red/black color scheme and with an optical sensor or good DPI settings in the low range. There's no total budget limit but i found the Roccat kone pure to be expensive.
