I recently got an LG Ultragear 34GN850-B, things have been fine but recently my computer has been completely shutting down at random. It will try to boot up right after but it won't be successful. When I go to my event viewer it tells me this: The AMDRyzenMasterDriverV20 service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified. I'm pretty sure these crashes only started happening after I updated my amd driver. Could it be possible that some combination of the updated driver and my LG monitor is the cause of my computer crashes? I've since switched back to my old Gigabyte monitor and haven't experienced a crash yet, will update if it does crash at some point. Spent a pretty penny on the LG though and would hate to have to stop using it so I'd appreciate any help and suggestions. Computer specs: 5800X3D 6750xt 750w Rosewill PSU 32GB DDR4 ram

Hey all, im new here so Im sorry if I posted this in the wrong place or something. I have an really annoying issue with strange pixelated hair, weird light reflections and generally pixelnoise (I attached a screenshot) in a few games after updating my graphics driver via the radeon software. I noticed it in "Ranch Simulator" first and that's where the effects are the most noticable but it seems they also occur in The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk. Here's a list of things I've already tried: -Restatring the system lol -Reainstalling the previous driver (kinda scared that this did nothing because it makes me think that i might have a hardware issue) -Completly reinstalling AMD Radeon Software -Reinstalling the game -changing settings ingame and in the AMD software (mostly anitaliasing related stuff and Image sharpening etc. I basically tried every setting but it did nothing) I found a few ppl online who had slimilar issues but there dosent seem to be a solution. Also it seems to be mostly a rx5700xt thing. Someone stated it might be broken VRAM, no idea if thats realistic or not. Oh and no idea if it might have anything to do with it but i recently upgraded my RAM from 16 GB to 32 GB by adding 2 8GB sticks of the same kind that my brother used before and didnt need anymore System Info below: OS is Win 10 Hardware: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 TX 32 Gb RAM (4 sticks a 8Gb DDR4-3733) AS Rock X570 Pro4 Corsair TX550M 550W My OS runs on a 250 GB M.2 SSD. In addition i use a 1TB M.2 SSD for games and a 2TB HDD for older games and storage I would really appreciate any kind of help on this because it's driving me crazy. You just cant unsee it.. Edit: The settings are on max on this screenshot...

Hey, I have been having this problem since past 3 days. Gpu-GTX 960 The display either goes black and I get the message- 'monitor going to sleep'. Or it turns brown or white and freezes until I restart by holding down the power button. During this the cpu lights, and all the fans are spinning. Sometimes I get a short stuttering sound before it goes out, other time I keep getting the entire sound output without any issues but the monitor doesn't get any signal. Even when it crashes, sometimes it reboots itself, other time I have to hold down the button. Twice I have gotten a completely back screen with 3-4 green dots/pixels at the same place when I am rebooting, it is fixed by rebooting again. I monitored temperatures and they never go over 65-70 max. This happens when I'm gaming or just watch a stream or browsing. I tried to do a clean reinstall of video drivers, and rolled back to a previous release as well. Everytime the crash happens the fans and all the lights in the cpu are on. I also reset from the bios and am not running any overclocks anywhere. If I turn the montior off and on, it say that dvi input is active but there is no display. What may be the issue? Edit: I also did take the pc apart and re-place everything. But the gpu sits on the same pci slot.

I recently built my first PC. Everything was wonderful for about 3 weeks, not a single issue, smooth, buttery, overall 10/10 experience. 2 days ago, being the fool that I am, I tried to update my graphics drivers. About 10 minutes after this, I realized that my desktop wallpaper was a bit pixelated and gross, and my display was stuttering and broadly just not very smooth. My first attempt at fixing the problem was installing DDU and doing a clean uninstall of the drivers I'd just installed (newest version for AMD RX 6600 XT - Adrenalin 22.8.2) After this fixed nothing, I did the same thing with that driver and instead tried the one listed below it (Adrenalin 22.5.1) as this one was recommended, and had the WHQL thing next to it which sounds good. No dice. I then tried to roll back my system with a system restore to a couple different points. Nothing. Since then I have clean installed my OS 4 times, formatted my drive, tried 5 different, older driver versions, reset my cmos, changed cables, changed monitors, pulled out and re-inserted the gpu, looked at lots of different threads, and failed miserably across the board. I am Spiralling, any help any of y'all could provide in this matter would be extraordinarily appreciated, I just want to go back to the good times - Windows 11 - MSI RX 6600 XT - Ryzen 5600 - 16 GB Fury Beast Kingston RAM - Corsair cx650w PSU - KC3000 1tb SSD - MSI B550M-A Pro Motherboard - Latest BIOS version 7C96v29 Apologies in advance for any issues with formatting/missed information, this is a first time post, just let me know what's missing and I'll provide it, thanks in advance for the time and consideration x

Hey. So i just upgraded my gpu to a vega 64. Updated the display driver, and everything worked fine. But then i ran 'driver easy' to scan for out of date drivers. It found around 10. After updating them all, i am experiencing a very prolonged splash screen. It does boot eventually, after about 10 mins tho. Any help would be great. Thanks

I Just finished building a new computer and was doing a driver update (20.2.2) for my Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 XT GAMING OC 8G graphics card when my screen suddenly lost signal with the hdmi connected to the gpu. I had forgotten I was downloading a driver and stupidly hit the power button and turned my computer off and on again. Now when it turns on I will get images up until it would go to the account sign on ("edge" screen for the motherboard then the windows logo with the loading circle) , I can flash the BIOS but anything else is "no signal detected". What should I do?

Hello, so, every time i search for updates with GeForce Experience 3.0 (actually 3.2.0.96) i get the error "Unable to Connect to NVIDIA. Try again later.". Now this has already started when i was still using the previous GFE 2.xx.xx. I couldn't use ShadowPlay and also couldn't retrieve my rig information getting the same error. I felt like Nvidia servers no longer support GFE 2.xx.xx so i updated to 3.xx.xx. Now i can use Share but can't search for drivers. I already reinstalled GFE like a million times and already did a clean removal of all Nvidia things on my PC. (Using the Nvidia driver removal tool "DDU") After reinstalling all drivers and GFE i still get the same error and i don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone help me?

Hey everyone, so, I wanted to put some nice DXVK compatibility on my machine. I followed this here guide, restarted a few hours later aaaaand it's not booting. I've removed the ppa (to the best of my knowledge), I ran sudo apt update and upgrade, but no dice. I've removed lightdm (now there's just gdm3 on there), and still nada. All was done in recovery mode. Last shutdown was done from GUI, so it was controlled. I've removed and re-configured xorg. It's possible that there are several drivers on the machine (to be honest, I didn't really entirely know what I was doing sometimes). So my question is... what do? If I could grab some data that I haven't backed up yet from the drive and just reformat everything, that's an option, though obviously I'd like to salvage as much as I can. I really hope someone can help me. It'd suck to have to reinstall everything, and it'd suck even harder to lose the last couple of days of work. Thank in advance, though.

Hi, I'm having an issue with my graphics card where whenever I try to update my RX 480 Radeon drivers past version 17.9.3, my PC boots into a black screen and my monitors stop detecting input. I get past the BIOS screen, but the loading circle freezes at the Windows logo screen and then my screen goes black, my keyboard and mouse lights go off and then it sounds like my PC is trying to take off. To fix this, I have to boot into safe mode and use DDU to uninstall the faulty drivers. I cannot update to the most recent drivers while in safe mode because of a digital signature error. It is important to note that when the newer drivers are being installed, the bar will often freeze at a certain point (varies from 40% to 70%) and then my screen will turn off, before restarting my PC into the same blank screen cycle as I mentioned before. I haven't actually seen the progress bar reach 100% and prompt me to restart my PC, so I feel as though something is inhibiting its ability to install properly and this is what is causing the issue. AMD support have only gotten me to test a bunch of different driver versions, none of which actually work. I have tried installing the new drivers without an internet connection, with Defender turned off and with the Windows Firewall turned off. My BIOS is fully updated, as is Windows. I have also tried to install the drivers on both of my drives to see if it is a problem with one of my drives, but the problem persists. I don't exactly have the means to test my GPU in another system (which AMD support has suggested I try), but I do have my old motherboard and CPU that I can test this with if it could help. Although this is not ideal as it isn't really as powerful as my current CPU. This issue stops me from playing some newer games that I would really like to play, so I would really like some kind of fix that doesn't require me to get a new card or change to NVIDIA just for a working product.Any potential solutions or help would be greatly appreciated. My GeForce 820M GPU kinda refuses to update. The version I have currently is 391.35 WHQL - [r391_33]. I have tried DDU and tried installing the latest drivers but it doesn't allow it. It only installs the driver I mentioned above. It played CS:GO with no problems at all having over 120FPS when the mentioned driver was the latest but now it barely goes over 75FPS. My laptop's graphics performance really slowed down. I hope there's a solution to this. My laptop's an ASUS X550LD, bought around the second quarter of 2015, was Windows 8 but then updated to Windows 10 64-bit, Intel Core i5-4210U (yes really old), 4GB of DDR3 RAM, 500GB HDD, and my GeForce 820M 2GB DDR3.

I'm hoping that someone might know what's going on because searching on the internet is not working. I have both of my monitors plugged into my graphics card (Nvidia 980ti). My right monitor is an Acer connected with an HDMI and the left is an Asus connected with a display cable. This setup has been working for a while but when the driver updated to 390.65 suddenly everytime I turn on my PC my left monitor isn't being detected. I've been having to uninstall the driver and reinstall it everytime I turn on my computer. does anyone have any idea what could be happening?

About a month ago I did something that would make my life miserable. I updated my Radeon 7870 Driver (sorry I can't recall the driver it was on before I updated), and after it installed, all I got was a black screen, and I don't know if this means anything but the caps lock and num lock would not change state meaning it was also effecting the keyboard? *confused* so after restarting to a black screen, I tried to roll back the driver in safe mode, only for some reason there was nothing to roll back to.. So I ended up doing a fresh install... the Microsoft Driver that it detected "works" as in I now get a display, however I'm not getting the performance from my GPU, I can't even run minecraft on low settings without lots of frame loss... I have tried every driver I can find and all give the same result. I have searched and searched and it seems this had been a problem in the past but everything was working fine for years before this, and all posts I can find about this problem are from at least 3-4 years ago.. I really can't afford a new card to occasionally play minecraft a few hours a week with my kids, if anyone can please give me some ideas, has had this problem I would consider it a Christmas Miracle, I'll Even send $5 Via Cash App or Paypal to anyone who can get this working again!! I'm Desperate.... I've Tried all I can think of to try. P.S. If I do the windows update to the "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903", it also breaks... So. I just got done building my mom's new office PC, and I was doing the initial setup, installing drivers etc. I had just installed the Chipset drivers off of the disc, LAN drivers, and USB 3.0 drivers. Then the PC rebooted. Now, upon restart, the Keyboard and Mouse will not work in any USB port. They both work in the bios, but not in windows. Before you ask, I do not have a PS2 keyboard or mouse. Not really sure what to do at this point. Suggestions?

so i was using Geforce experience to update my graphics driver when my system crashed. when my system rebooted Geforce experience said there was no driver so i went and downloaded it off the website and installed it. some parts worked and some failed so i did a system restore that failed as well so i launched Geforce experience one more time and re-installed the driver and now it works just fine the only thing i did was plug my phone in when the driver was updating then Geforce experience said it needed to reboot and that's when my system crashed any ideas why this might have happened. p.s. i don't know if this is the right sub forum for this.
