Whenever I launch into a game of battlefield 4, my keyboard and mouse no longer work, the ESC key does nothing, I have no pointer, and even what I ALT+TAB to try and leave I am still limited to mouse and keyboard inputs until I close or minimise the game. I also get this error every time. Also, the issue is not present when im in the menus, but only when I actually get into a match If anyone could help that would be great! (By the way, if anyone feels the need to comment on my name, I'm already working with the admins to get it changed)

I do not say/think you should/must agree with my opinion and vision on this. Even better, I'm looking how the LTT forum look at gaming in its current state. Hello guys, I have a question regarding the origin access trial for Star Wars Battlefront 2. I was thinking about signing up for origin access just for the trial, but can I still activate the game with a key I bought from G2A for example after the 10 hour trial is over, or will I have to buy it directly through origin? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I often like it when a person comes into my store and asks us to Build or Upgrade a Computer for them meant for gaming. It often leads to building nice if not OP systems. On the rarest of ocations we get customers that wnat to push it to the limit and this is "Fingers Crossed" one of those ocasions. Let me explain. A customer with a Balls To the Walls Origin PC from 2012 packing a OC'ed i7-2700k, 16GB of RAM, SLI'ed GTX590's all feed by a 1500W PSU packed into a Corsair 800D Case just came in and asked for a quote to Upgrade his system. Now I could beet that system with my own i7-6700, 16GB of RAM and a single GTX970, so he's really looking forwards to upgrading. Now taking into account the price tag of his current system back in 2012 one could assume rightfully that this guy is going for PC Gaming Uber-race not simply PCMR and is willing to spend the money to get there. His stated budget for this upgrade is $6,500!!! Here's what his money's getting him if he goes for the quote we gave him. Note that he's keeping his Case, PSU and Storage. CPU: i9-7900x (Yes the i7-7700k and 8700k are cheaper and better for gaming, but he wants it) Mobo: ASUS Prime X299-A (He's not OC'ing this thing too hard and doesn't need the Deluxe or ROG treatment) RAM: 4x8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 2400 GPUs: SLI'ed Nvidia GTX Titan Xp (The Big Titan Xp not the lesser one and not the Starwars limited models) CPU Cooler: Corsair H110i SSD: 1TB Samsung 850 Pro (He didn't want NVME for some reason but loves the idea of the 10 year warranty) So yeah I'm going to be doing this upgrade if he goes for it. He said Origin quoted him over $8,000 to do this same basic upgrade, but no doubt a higher spec board and stock tuned OC on the CPU. Well all, what do you think? I'm not including Cost's of the parts or Labor in what I'm posting here, just ruff price points for his budget and what Origin quoted him. I'll update this thread if he goes for it or not. If he does then I'll be posting pictures on my Instagram and linking them here.

This happends from time to time that origin wont open, it wont show a error message or anything nothing happends. When that happends i also cant open up amd adrenaline software. Does someone know a permanent fix for it instead of me needing to uninstall all games and launchers to maybe fix it?

So i bought Need for speed undercover becuase i used to play it as a child on playstation 2. However this time on my computer. i bought a key cheap and got into origin and redeemed the key. I got the game and it was downloaded. I open it and was gonna make a name for my new game. I did that clicked on it and the loading screen froze. I did hear what sounded like a wind in the game but nothing loaded. The effects shown whilst the game loaded was not moving. And i couldnt do anything. I have a amd gpu and cpu if that matters. None of the things that i tried worked. So i wanted to see if anyone here knows how to fix it. I got a 64x system. And the gane is from 2008.

Hi Guys, Weird one, my girlfriend just bought sims4 and some expansions via Origin on her windows gaming laptop. She wants to install the sims on her macbook to, but when she goes to her libary and selects Sims, it says that origin acces is not available on mac. Okay fair enough, but she just wants to install the game, nothing special imo. I've added some screenshots so you guys have a visual. It'll be awesome if someone knows a fix or anything. I've just spent 30 minutes re-securing my email and origin account. Changing codes on my 2FA, passwords for my email and origin. The reason: I got an email saying that Origin Access accepted my code for a one month sub. The only problem? I didn't do it. Ironically (read unsurprisingly), the link in the email to cancel OA doesn't let you cancel, only change subscription type and billing. So I started the long drawn and complicated process of trying to contact EA and make sure that if I was hacked, to cancel all subs and payments. Then all of a sudden, at the bottom of the page I was reading... instructions about your free month of OA. FFS, they could have said it was a free gift, now how the hell do I get back 30 minutes of my life, spent wasted trawling their crappy system trying to find WTF is going on.

My origin account was hacked, they change email address and password and username so I no longer have access to it Tried to recover it with simple email. No email was sent. Tried contacting EA and they say need my email of my account (no chat for some reason) I created a new account and was surprised that I can still use same username and email as my old account was And then one day... I found out that you can talk to an advisor to fix the problem. I was sure the there were no chat before. How did I end up with an advisor? I asked on the EA question forum how much Mirror's Edge Catalyst cost in Canada. It cost same as USD? What? Anyway they say you should talk to an advisor about this problem He or she (I think I need a site where you can put name and they will tell where it is originated from and whether it is female or male) helped me and solved the issue So this guy has hacked my account but didn't able to do anything much. I can tell he is a hacker because I speak Russian (don't ask me why or how) He got a FIFA 17 demo. Wow you hacked an account just so you can play bf3, medal of honor (2010) and nfs hot pursuit. Based on the play time he did not played at all or any. (4hrs, 6hrs...) I also did not keep any money on my account too. So he/she (I will use it to save time don't hate me) asked me for confirmation code on orders that I made purchased before. Good thing I don't remove any email (except email confirmation that I bought skins from Steam and I buy/sell a lot of them) I was able to track down some of them. Too much On The House lol. Then it asked me for my email and name which I provided. It asked me for a security question too. Thank god it was an easy one. At one point it even gave some emotional phrase too. We set up new security question and recovered email, recovery code and stuff like that. At one point, Harsh said to me Harsh Do you play Fifa as well? So in my mind I was thinking: He is asking to play FIFA with him? Is he going to say. Here is my account name, you can add me and we can play together sometime That's weird Harsh Oh, in that case if you play FUT mode, we may need to get it secured. For those who don't play FIFA, FUT is an online mode where you build a team of different real life players and compete with others. They can see my IP address very well so they know where I live. It's not hard to know what time is it at my place. So guys. EA is not bad as you think. I actually gave up on EA gaming when I lost account even though the game mentioned was not expensive (BF3 was on discount for 5 dollar I think and rest are from Steam that I copied my key over except Mirror's Edge not Catalyst though) Oh and also I talked to an advisor to ask how much ME Catalyst cost. Answer: they don't know. Well but they told me that it is CAD. Why can they just put CAD 39.99 or $C 39.99 why $39.99 to confuse the hell out of people especially those living in states and Canada. Also the game cost 39.99 USD too what the hell?? Oh quick tips, for contacting them I got a 15% discount code that is valid till the end of the month. Don't come here and bash me for not getting a code because I don't think it will work for all.

With my itunes and steam library nearing a Terabyte each, I am finding the need to move it off my main computer with its little USB3 WD Passport backup drive onto a NAS configured with backup. My goals are to: 1. Provide a network backup location for each of my devices. 2. If possible to have a single itunes library location I could access with each of my iTunes authorized devices. My hope is that when I am downstairs I won't need to run up to my main computer to launch itunes in order to watch apple tv down stairs. Instead I could just launch itunes from my tablet, laptop, ect and stream through homeshare. 3. If possible to have a single steam/origin/battlenet/game library location for all my PC devices. The systems I game on are my main 2 computers and my hope is that with the RAID 10 + SSD Cache and the 10GBE connection, the performance hit would be minimal. Plus I wouldn't have duplicated data across multiple computers. 4. Provide remote access to all my documents , pictures , ect 5. Provide data redundancy and backup for all of the above. This is how I envisioned my network when I was done: Now for the questions: 1. As far as I can tell, iSCSI isn't intended for multiple computers being able to access a single LUM. Most of the itunes/game libary solutions I have seen use iSCSI/LUM to do it. Is there any way to make this work? Or am I limited to created different LUMs for each device and duplicating the same data over and over again? 2. Any advice on the setup of my NAS? The breakdown of drive setup is just from what I have gathered from my own research. The primary array is 4x4TB WD Red 5400 RPM drives in a RAID 10 which is then syncronized daily to a 8TB WD Red drive. I was planning to add 2xSamsung 850 Pro SSDs for cache as I heard it makes a big difference for gaming off a NAS. 3. Any advice to optimize my network as given in the above diagram? Again, this is just what I have gathered from my own research.

all my origin games arn't running in fullscreen when i set them to fullscreen they just reset back to windowed mode, why tho?

I'm considering purchasing the Mass Effect Trilogy on origin which comes with all of the DLC for the first game and only some DLC for the second and third. How would I get the rest of the DLC for these two games. I didn't see any options for ME2 on origin and only a few for ME3. Just want to know before I purchase. While were on the subject, which DLC's are worth Getting for ME2 and ME3 anyways Thanks

i set up the authenticator on my old phone which broke and im trying get into my origin and it wants my authenticator code and i have no clue what to do

Hi. (I am sorry if something like this is already on the forum.) I play a few games on Origin, and the last few times I've tried to get onto Origin using the Windows program, the 'Online Login is Currently Unavailable' error on my login window. I have tried the turning off proxies (even though they weren't even on) and I've restarted the machine. Any help is greatly appreciated! -Alpha.

I already own an amazing computer I game on but when I take vacations I want an amazing laptop to continue gaming. Here's my questions I'm stuck on though; Alienware is giving me an amazing deal on a laptop (17 R3) see pictures attached. Knowing the GPUs can be swapped out on this laptop, what's the likelihood it will be able to fit the mobile pascal GPUs when they come out? Second I have a ROG G Sync 2k monitor for my PC and love it! Do you think this needed on a laptop?

So, I just bought Battlefield 4 to play for a few months before I get the new one, so I obviously had to download origin, so I did and started downloading Battlefield when sudenly it closed and I cant even find it on my pc... when I try to reinstall its sais that a version already exists but theres nothing there... Any ideas of how or/and why this happened?!

whats the difference Battlefield 1 standard vs deluxe. last game i bought was bf4 premium which included all the dlc. Battlefield 1 does not have any premiuim so does the deluxe have all the dlc or do i have to still buy season pass when dlc are out. one last thing , is it cheaper+sensible to buy dlc after they release as i am thinking of pre order standard edition which is a lot cheaper.

All of my friends are console gamers (I know, gross), so even though we share the love of Battlefront, I can't play with any of those subhuman molerats who refuse to play PC. I'm looking for people to add as friends on Origin and play casually with. If you're interested, just let me know.

Greetings. I'm halfway through my playthrough of Dragon Age: Origins, and it's quickly risen to the rank of one of my favourite games of all time. However, I had to mod it extensively to take the age off it (pun intended), and while I succeeded, the experience leaves me yearning for more- both in terms of continuity and gameplay. I'd very much like to play Dragon Age: Inquisition as soon as I'm done, but I'm unaware of any method of acquiring the game without purchasing it on Origin, which is something I'm averse to. Especially with their $5/month subscription-based model, and even if I purchase the key elsewhere, their downright silly DRM measures are something I'd like to avoid. However, I haven't yet resolved to boycott EA in any way possible, and would still very much like to play the game. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to purchase the game without Origin. Would torrenting the game files be legal if I purchased an activation key from G2A.com? Or is it off to look for a physical copy (and 20GB of updates)? Thank you for your time. Regards, Aereldor.
