Hey guys, new to the forum, have a quick question. I just got my NZXT h510i today and after I got everything up and running I found this piece in one of the parts bags. I assume it to be some sort of dust filter? But I have absoultely no idea where it would go. Anyone have an idea where it goes or is it something else?

Hey, I've been dealing with this issue since i built PC with NZXT Kraken x63. All cables are connected correctly as it's written in Manual of installation. The AIO is working really well on OC 8700k,it can also be detected in NZXT Cam with The strip of NZXT H510i. I Can change everything except pump RGB Light (Circle/Led) and its only visible in the one corner, can't even light up NZXT Logo (Check the real image).I've tried different usb ports and other sata connectors but still same. Am i doing something wrong or it has dead Led on pump? Should i contact the seller? Thanks.

Hello. I have a NZXT H710 case. My setup now is: - Intake: NZXT 3xAer F120 Case Version, with dust filter in front. - Exhaust: 3x120 Noctua NF-A12x25mm at top (over the radiator NZXT X73) and NZXT 1xAer F140 Case Version in the rear of the case. The NZXT Case version fans, is not PWM, and I want to have PWM fans for better control. I thinking about changing the AER intake fans with Noctua fans, but I don't know if I am going to replace the 3 fans with 2x140mm or 3x120mm. Would I get better cooling if I am going for 2x140mm (Noctua NF-A14 PWM) or would it be better to go with 3xNF-A12x25? In the "bottom" of the case I have 2x3,5 HDD and the PSU, so the fan at det bottom is cooling the HDD.

Hello. First of all, sorry if my english is bad! I have recently build a new computer, spec is: Case: NZXT H710 (non i version). Motherboard: ASUS B500 -F Gaming WiFi CPU: Ryzen 3700X (due to shortage of 5600X and 5800X) CPU Cooler: NZXT X73 top mounted in the case, and the fans is on the top of the rad as exhaust. Memory: 16GB (2x8) HyperX 3200MHz CL18 (planning to upgrade to 32GB (2x16GB) 3200mhz or 3600mhz CL18,17,16,). GPU: MSI GeForce 970 4GB Gaming (from my old computer, due to shortage of gpu's). PSU: Corsair AX 760 (from my old computer). So to my question: Radiator fans: 3x120mm NZXT AER 120mm PWM fans. These are pretty noisy and I hear them good from about 1150/ 1200rpm and more, and that is kind of frustrating. I thinking about to change these 3 fans to start with, and I thinking about to change to Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM fans. Will this be a good choice? Or should I go for Noctua NF-P12 PWM instead? The fans is going to be placed on the top of the rad as exhaust, I think. I don't want to place the rad in the front of the case.. I also consider to change the 3 120mm case versions in the front, also with Noctua, but I am not sure if I am going to change those 3 fans with 2 140mm fans, or 3 120mm. Also here I thinking about Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM or Noctua NF-A14 PWM or NF-P12 PWM. But this change may be later, as the noise from the case fans is not to bad. Front case fans is original: 3 of NZXT AER 120 case version (non pwm I think, they are 3.pin so I have set DC in BIOS) in front. Don't think this is to noisy. (yet) Back case is original: 1 of NZXT AER 140 case version (non pwm, I think, they are 3.pin so I have set DC in BIOS) in the back. Don't think this is to noisy. (yet) I'm happy if anyone will help me to a decision about which Noctua fans I should buy.

Hi guys, Just wondering if anyone has experience using the NZXT Z63/Z73 AIO liquid coolers. I've looked into these a lot and watched a lot of reviews but nobody seems to talk about the software experience too much. I've had the CAM software in the past and I've seen the gamers nexus software review how it can actually impact performance a bit. I am looking to know if I get this cooler and want to upload a GIF, does the software need to be running? Or can I upload the GIF and when that's done, uninstall the software? Would appreciate anyones help that has used one of these or currently has one. I'm currently doing a full O11D mini build using all noctua chromax stuff! I'll post pictures in a couple of days when it's done :)

Is there a noticeable difference in performance between the AER RBG 2 fans and the fans that come with the kraken z63?

Good morning/afternoon, I have had my PC setup for a few months; and am running with an AMD 5600X, paired with a NZXT Kraken M22. My idle temperatures seem to sit around 45-50, and earlier today it seemingly increased to 80c whilst only under around 50% load playing Gears of War 4. I had never noticed the high temperatures before, and it could be entirely unrelated but my game began to stutter dramatically, getting worse the longer I played which is what prompted me to check my cpu usage and temperatures and from this I have two queries; 1. Is temperatures between 80-85c an unhealthy temperature, which might result in CPU throttling causing stutters in my game; and 2. Is this temperature range a reasonable expectation from the cooler and cpu pairing? Thanks

Hello, everyone! I recently built my second rig. My first rig was sold due to not using it often, not having friends to play with on steam (F), and I had a Blade 15" 2015 to get me by with school and stuff. Well, my Blade has bit the bullet. Thermals were super high and my battery was crapping out. I couldn't stay in a Zoom call for long. I was thinking about getting another laptop but swore that off. I also thought about buying a prebuilt but really wanted to build another rig. My build use to have a R5 3600, because the 5600X wasn't in stock. I also had the Gigabyte GT 710 (OOF) cause I needed some kind of graphics card. I do want to upgrade the cooler from the Wraith stealth cooler to a H100i RGB Platinum SE and to a GTX 3070 (when prices normalize. Damn you scalpers and COVID) These are the specs of the current build- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X Video Card: Aorus GTX 1060 6GB RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2X8GB) 3600 MHz MOBO: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V2 SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 1TB, 240 GB Lite On HDD: 4TB Seagate Barracuda Compute PSU - NZXT C650 650W Fully Modular Case: NZXT H510 I had decided to build even though I didnt have my GT 710 yet. I picked up some LL120s cause you know; RGB Vomit When I upgraded from the 3600 to 5600X "Shameful Display" GT 710 I was able to get my hands on a Aorus GTX 1060 6GB by buying an old rig, for my family, off of OfferUp. Much better Its looking pretty slick now.

Hello hope everyone is well, I'm posting today about my first computer that I have built and the noise my AIO is making. When I first build my computer I used the Wraith Prism cooler that came with my Ryzen 7 3700x and although it was a decent cooler it got very loud under high CPU loads and the temps got high too sometimes into the 80's. I decided to switch to an AIO because I heard they're are generally quieter and perform well. I ended up picking up and NZXT Kraken x63 of Amazon for £111.42 and installed it following the instructions provided and YouTube guides which helped to install it successfully. The problem I am having with it is the noise that it makes, it sounds like a buzzing noise that gets really irritating even on idle it is loud and auditable. I have tried switching it to Silent mode within the NZXT CAM software but It doesn't help. Is their any way to make it quieter? Has anybody else got the same cooler and are experiencing the same noise? Any help would be appreciated, Apologies If this post isn't in the correct section this is my first time using a forum.

So yeah, I’m going for a pre build. I know it’s “not the way” but what else can ya do in todays day and age? Anyway I’ve been looking for something small (around the same length and width as an Xbox Series X) and not distracting (minimal RGB lol) and I came across the NZXT H1. For what they offer (despite it being intel and not Ryzen) and the price, it seems pretty respectable and something for me. I have heard about the Riser issue (which should be fixed now) and the Sea Sonic PSU’s not being to great and a fire hazard (don’t know if that’s been fixed yet lol) so I’m not sure if the H1 is still good for today or not. FYI I have like a 4 core pc with a lame GPU so this would be my first ever real pc. Also if anyone has any alternative small form factor pre builds (around $1000 USD) that they can share, that would be nice! thanks!

Hello. I downloaded Roblox on my NZXT BLD Kit PC and it was working for a while as it should. I haven’t had this PC very long (30th of December), and I could play Roblox for a while. All of a sudden one day my PC couldn’t play Roblox and every time it did it would completely reboot my PC. So I waited like two weeks then 2 days ago I got fed up and contacted Roblox support. We exchanged emails and they gave me some tips that did not work until this morning. They told me to go back to before you started having the problem. I did and now I am stuck in a Blue screen loop. Everything I try doesn’t work and it keeps giving me the error code: 0xc0000001 I am quite new to this and really need someone’s help! I tried contacting NZXT support but they are closed so I contacted the emergency line and they just said to get back to them? And windows support doesn’t help and Roblox won’t email me back. I am so confused and really need someone’s help.

Just our of nowhere, my under load CPU temperatures have gone up to 95 degrees, not below or exceeding of it. It has been decreasing performance allot and Id like to know where to start on troubleshooting. I have had temperature problems since the moment my PC Turned on, with high idle temperatures in the 50s and 60's, but load temps were good under 80 degrees so It didn't matter. Playing my favorite games (Forza, Flight Simulator) The temperatures immediately, just when launching go to 95 degrees. My performance has decreased in the 40% range since Ive noticed the temperature and performance problems. This occurs when video editing in premiere too. I have replaced the cooler before and its made no difference. I have taken off the front panel of the case and it makes no temperature difference. I have also re reapplied thermal paste and resenting the cooler to no difference as well. My GPU (3070TI) Never gets over 55 degrees regularly so the gpu cant be affecting it much. The pump is running at full speed there are any other troubleshooting steps I could take before buying things would be great. So im wondering if Ive always had a bad CPU and now its gotten worse, or the cooler is on its last legs? Thanks CPU - 3600 Cooler - NZXT Kraken M22 Case - NZXT H510 Elite, (2X 140MM Push fans, 2X 120MM Pull fans, one is the CPU Rad) GPU - 3070TI Gigabyte Ram - 3600MHZ 16GB Corsair Vengeance

I have a newly built i7-12700F+ASUS Strix B660 and NZXT Kraken X63 AIO. The AIO is 5 years old and have a LGA 1200 bracket (Just ordered 1700 bracket from NZXT) What are the normal temps should I get? Because on casual usage like watching youtube videos, I get a random spike to 70-80C on MSI Afterburner. And in gaming CPU Intensive like Dota2 and CSGO I’m getting also 70-80C

Hey, ive just upgraded from a 120mm aio to the nzxt kraken x73, now when i turn on the pc i can watch the temps rise to about 112 degrees, then the pc turns itself off. ive pluged in the 3 pin comming from the pump into the cpu fan header, the usb connection into an usb header, the sata cable into the powersupply and all the extra fans into a sys fan header. ive tried changing it arround, putting the 3 pin onto a sys fan or the radiator fans onto the cpu fan header. i have tried shaking the radiator or changing the position to maybe remove air from unwanted positions. in the bios the header i put the pump on shows 0 rpm, ive also tried changing the mode from auto to pwm or changing the speed to full speed. im not an expert and dont know much further thanks for any help

A power supply that lacks the fan stop function , if the fan decides to just go bad (maybe the next day maybe 10 years later) I have heard videos of grinding and rattling noises and they were always consistent. They didnt go away wether if its idle or under load (some times both) My question is : IS the rattling noise always consistent? Or can it just happen for like a split second or like 2 seconds then go away for days then repeat after a week or two? It was never consistent according to what my friend described about his cooler master 850W bronze V2. Any ideas?

Question regarding size! Hello, I am about to build my first PC! I have purchased my motherboard which is a MSI MAG B560M MORTAR. This is a Micro ATX motherboard, and I am about to buy a NZXT H510 elite and I'm wondering if it's going to look terrible as the motherboard is small. I was thinking about mounting my GPU vertically (2060) but I've heard its bad for airflow. I'm going for an aesthetically pleasing PC and I'm not exactly sure how it will turn out! Any advice or pictures of similar pc's would be appreciated!

So just about 3 weeks ago I went to Microcenter to buy new build components. I wanted to go Mini-ITX and there's not many choices for cases in that form factor. With the release of the V2 NZXT H1, they've discounted the V1 case to only $209.99. Now all fire-hazards aside, a mini ITX case with power supply, case (obviously), and AIO cooler included for that price is an unbeatable deal. All was well and when I went to build the PC I found that they had already changed over to the new riser cable, fixing any fire hazards, but neglected to include any of the AM4 mounting hardware for the AIO pump. While I wasn't too happy, I quickly realized that I could install the stock AMD cooler on the 5600G I picked up during my shopping earlier in the day. I tried calling their support number only to find they're only open M-F, 9-5. Really not ideal for someone like me who can't really call during work. After hearing that, I opened a support ticket online. 2 days later, the ticket still hasn't advanced in the process. I send a response to the email simply saying "Any progress on this" and get a response from someone about 2 hours later. They ask for more details about my issue, I tell them very clearly "The AM4 AIO mounting hardware/brackets weren't included". several more hours pass... The next day, I get a response with them asking exactly what I need, so I find a picture online of what I believe I need, and didn't hear anything for another couple of days. FINALLY, I'm told that my replacement parts are on the way, standard shipping from CA to MI. Not a quick journey, but by the time we're actually in a place where I have replacement parts, I've owned the case (Reminder: I spent $200 on it!) for 2 weeks. By the time I've moved into my new apartment it'll be 2.5 weeks. Thinking I'll be happy, I get the replacement parts out of the bag -They certainly look the part- and scan the QR code to access the text-based installation instructions. Then I take the PC and remove the stock cooler, re-attatch the radiator to the door, and prep the hardware to finally install the AIO I've been waiting 2.5 weeks to utilize. I screw in the standoffs.....and that's it BECAUSE THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PARTS. Instead of sending me the AM4 mounting hardware for the AIO on an NZXT H1, they sent me the mounting hardware for a gosh darn Kracken! I was left having to re-open a ticket, go buy some new thermal paste for the stock cooler, and just suffering some more. I've utilized the time I've spent on hold with them to type this forum post. You might not be shocked to hear that while they said 8 minutes, it's been almost 25 so far!

I am having some questions regarding my first PC I am building. I have an AIO that I need to place in the front of the case and I need to place also the fans in front. My case is an NZXT H510 Flow. How do I point them? I read online Intake or Exhaust but I did not quite got how should I actually point them. My case has already 2 Fans pre installed, one on top and one on the back. Both of them are facing the inside of the case, I think. I can see the NZXT logo. But how do I know if they are Intake or Exhaust? I am following this video and he actually has the same setup I have: Prep: https://youtu.be/Az-XrAtX5XY?t=2498 Installation: https://youtu.be/Az-XrAtX5XY?t=3062 The Fan positioned like that means they are Exhaust right? So I should not do it, as far I understood ... Many many thanks for your help!

So eventually finished my Watercooling system in the NZXT H1, Wasn't too bad Spec - Barrow Pump/Reservoir combo - LTPRPA-04 - EKWB Vector with back plate - Corsair XR5 280mm Radiator - Barrow 90 rotary fittings - Barrow 180 zigzag fittings (Radiator) - Mayhem 10/16 clear tubing - Mayhem X1 fluid - Arctic P14 fans Temps under load - 5600x - 55c - 3070FE - 60c Need to adjust the pump/fan speeds to get the best noise to cooling ratio so probably better temps soon

Hi Guys, I am using Zotac RTX2060 Mini. Unfortunately, the cooling is not good. What would you suggest I do for this graphics card? If I connect liquid cooling with NZXT Kraken G12, can I mount it without any problem? Or Arctic Accelero Xtreme III or IV supports for cooling? If I have a chance to connect NZXT Kraken G12, it would be better because I have Zalman LQ310 liquid cooling compatible with G12.
