So I've been 3D printing for awhile and I just got a new printer a Sovol SV06 but it uses micro SD and not a standard SD card. I hate using micro SD's their hard to remove from the printer along with being easily lost. Is there a cord or adapter that goes from USB to Micro SD? Iv searched but only come up with USB>MicroSD My thought was if there was an adapter that had a female USB to MicroSD I can just plug my standard SD>USB converter to transfer the slicer flies to the printer?

So, I just recently got a 2018 Nissan Altima. For navigation and stuff it uses an SD card. 2019 models and up use a different system. Well, Nissan wants you to buy their SD card for $130 plus the small shipping cost. Well, I kinda just want to find the data somewhere and put it on an SD card I already have. Anyone have any ideas on where to find it on the internet? Some tool someone made or to download it from somewhere? There's copying one but I'd need to have a Nissan SD card first do to that. Any ideas or suggestion would be nice. Or if you find it cuz I've been looking.

Hi, I have been looking for USB stubs, sticks, and Micro SD, and SD cards using a boot main drive version of flash, that won't wear out quickly when used as the boot drive on a window laptop or embedded electronics. Is there any 3DXpoint USB/microSD/SD coming? Which would solve these issues. I'm also looking to use them for recording storage, high speed like an internal UFS chip. But can't find any devices with a ufs 3.0 or 3.1 chip. I'm looking at recording up to 2400MB/s, but hopefully less than 600MB/s. I know Linus covered the failure of normal flash storage device as main drives. So, I thought somebody might have found something? Thank you.

Are there any quick ways to move data onto an mirco sd card?
Xetro posted a topic in Storage Devices
I have a 256GB mirco sd card arriving tomorrow that i am planning to upgrade from my 128GB one. I have practically filled this card and i would like to move some data over the new card once i get it. I have a 3.0 adapter and have moved the data to my computer but it took a little while and i had to drag and drop each individual file which took quite some time. So are there any methods that allow me to just drag all the files and forget about it until its done? -
So whats the absolute fastest way to fill up a micro SD card to 32-254 gigs to see if its really 512gigs? Only asking because occasionally ill go on sketchy platforms and buy new or used or shipped from chinese warehouse parts, so far ive had pretty good luck with not getting ripped off i thought i had one day because i popped the card in and it was posting at 37gigs and it was supposed to be 32 but turned out to be an issue with the phone i was using because i filled it up and no corruption. However i just ordered a 512gig micro sd last night for around 12$ shipping included, current prices im expecting it to be a modified 64gb card or worse. So any faster methods besides downloading/transferring appreciated

Why are there no adapters for this? We've had SSD to USB for a while now. What limitations keep SSD to Micro SD from working? The only thing I can think of would be power needs, but there are adapters like what icy dock makes that can supply power to an ssd.

Hello! I am here in a predicament about the micro sd card for my phone. I can either get a 200gb sandisk ultra card(30€ on amazon.de btw, hella deal), or a 128gb samsung evo plus for same price. Now the majority of my sd cards are samsung, because they have very good support and specs. When a card died they sent me a new one right away. https://www.amazon.de/SanDisk-Ultra-microSDXC-Speicherkarte-Adapter/dp/B073JY5T7T/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1546531936&sr=8-1&keywords=sandisk+ultra+200gb https://www.amazon.de/Samsung-Micro-128GB-Speicherkarte-Adapter/dp/B06XFHQGB9/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1546531978&sr=8-2&keywords=samsung+micro+sd (not gonna buy from amazon, but the price is pretty much the same) But that sandisk is looking juicy, with it's A1 rating and all that storage, and all the other specs seem to be the same. Is it worth risking with a lesser brand for the extra 72gb of sweet storage? How bad is the Sandisk support for that card to be so cheap?

hello everybody, something quite weird recently happened to my micro SD card. I was using my phone normally, when i notice i'm not able to open the Instagram app. so, i decide to restart my phone and lo and behold, all the stuff i put on my SD card wasn't appearing. the phone just un-mounted the SD card and flagged it as damaged, but it still works. is there a way i can fix this problem without formatting the card? thanks in advance.

Does SDXC micro sd cards work with any micro sd card reader (the usb one)? I bought a SanDisk micro sdxc 64gb and I used a generic card reader and in my win 10 pc, it just shows the drive letter and an error pops up when I click on it that says it Please insert a disc into USB Drive. The sd card works on phones, but my adapter says in its description that in supports sdhc. I don't know if the card reader is broken coz I haven't tested it on other sd cards, or do I need a specific card reader that supports sdxc?

Dear community, I wanted to share a short story that happend to me during the past few days. While working on some photos, I plugged in a random MircoSD card into my computer running Windows 10, just to check if there are any files on I need. Windows didn't display the card in file explorer and instantly showed an error message. I thoght the card must be corrupt and went on with my business ignoring the card in the reader. Since then my PC behaved like haunted: Windows wouldn't start up normally, it always said "overclocking failed, press f1...) When starting Windows, after pressing any button as soon as the lockscreen with the time showed up, it took about 10-15 seconds until the password-field popped up When trying to restard my PC, the process wouldn't finish and it said "restarting" forever Windows explorer showed up corrupted, no drives or network devices were showing (the entire column with the devices was gone on the left hand side) Adobe CC couldn't connect to the web Bitfdefender security wasn't able to start correctly I wasn't able to play CS:GO since "VAC was unable to verfify my game session" Then i pulled out the SD and voilà: ALL the problems are GONE. I pulled it out while beeing in that "restart loop" and in the same moment of pulling windows restarted properly. Has anyone of you experienced something similar? What could be the issue here? A corrupt MicroSD haunting the entire PC including Windows, BIOS & certain programs is really strange... Thanks for your help!

My sister's micro SD card was not detected by her galaxy phone. When i popped it in to my windows desktop for troubleshooting, it did not show up under "devices and drives" in file explorer. Under devices and printers, It is labelled as "USB FLASH DISK" : When I take the card in, then out again quickly, for a split second, I am able to click on it. What came up: Under Disk Management, it is detected, but I can't really do anything with it: Screenshots of properties: Is this a driver problem? What can I do to fix it? Can I pull the files off of it?

On my PC is says that my memory card has 0bytes but it has a 32 GB memory. I updated everything under the universal serial bus controllers, still doesn't work 4. uninstalled and install everything under the universal serial bus controllers 5. I used the EasyUS sofware all these does not work please help, How can I fix my memory card. sorry for bad english

I found some articles talking about the strangest drive I’ve ever seen. It has a SATA connector just like an SSD and 10 micro SD slots on it. http://usb.brando.com/10-x-micro-sd-to-sata-ssd-adapter-raid-quad-2-5-sata-converter_p13939c0046d015.html it looks like the idea is that you can put up to 10 micro SD cards in it and run various RAID configurations on them and access the drive like a normal SSD. I think it it would be super cool to play with, but I don’t have the money to blow on a bunch of SD cards. I wonder what performance is like... I’d guess read speeds would be pretty good, but sustained write might be weak. And reliability might be weak. I’d love to see a video on this little thing.

Can anyone please help me find a way to use a micro sd card in a T/F card slot ?

So I'm getting a surface tablet, and will inevitably need to upgrade the storage on it... Seeing as there is a micro SD card slot, i was just wondering if i could buy and slap in a used 128gb micro SD card... I've never really bought any used storage devices before, so just curious what you guys think about used micro SD cards - should it be avoided like used SSDs? Will be buying it from CeX, a somewhat reliable second hand tech store in the UK, so not too worried about it being a fake card or whatever Cheers

So I have the Samsung galaxy s7 and the micro sd card is getting contaly disconnected. When I reinsert it it works for a while but then it disconnects again after a while. Ps the SIM card which is on the same tray with the micro sd is fine. This is very annoying.

Hi LTT community, I recently bought the Yi 4k+ action cam, which is a GoPro but done by XiaoMi. Unlike the GoPro hero 5 however, my cam can also record 4k at 60FPS (yay). After some initial research it's more than clear for me that a simple class 10 card won't have the right speed for 4K and that I need at least a U3 or V30 classification. What I'm not sure about is if a U3 classification is also enough for 4K at 60 fps. Do you guys have advice for me, and maybe even some recommendations for micro SD cards? Thanks in advance

So many options . . . send halp :O. Are the differences negligible? Planning on using this for Nintendo Switch storage. Wanted to go 256 GB, but very pricey and don't think the Switch games will amount to a total of 256 GB. Can't future so yeah :P. Hi, Ive just worked out why my phone has been crashing. When ever the sim card is in my Samsung Galaxy s7 it will crash on lock screen on startup. It also makes my phone unbootable without being plugged in. Also its not my physical sim card because it worked in my wifes s7 fine, without any issue. Any suggests or solutions would be great. Cheers.

So yes, I have myself a Moto G3 8GB version and I just recently upgraded to Android Marshmallow and a 16GB SanDisk MicroSD. I had formatted the card to use as Internal storage and I went and installed a few of my games. When I started up my Need for Speed I had to download all the extra game files because it's a big game, I got to play the first race then my game froze and I had to power down. When I turned it back on it said that my SD card was missing and gave me the option to forget the SD card. I turned it on and off multiple times trying to get it to work and it finally had shown up but now it says this device doesn't support this SanDisk SD card, and it also tells me I need to format it again. And now my phone will not even format the card as portable storage or internal storage, and when I try to format as either it gives me this error here.
