Hi, I just purchased a Logitech G813 and when I plug it to my desktop, the keyboard aluminum frame seems be leaking electricity and shocking me every time I touch it. I thought it is an issue, so I went back to the shop to swap for another unit and it seems to have the same issue. so I went back to the shop again and the shop told me this is normal for keyboard with aluminum top. Would like to ask if anyone know is this normal? and if so is there a way to remedy it? My PC Specs is as below: Mobo: B450 AORUS ELITE CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 Graphics: Zotac RTX 2060 OC Ram: 8 GB * 4 Case: MSI VAMPIRIC 010 PSU: FSP hyper k 600w 80+ CPU Cooler: BeQuiet Shadow Rock 3 Fans: ID-Cooling XF-12025-SD-K * 6 *pc and monitors are connected via APC 800VA EASY-UPS

I just "upgraded" from my G930 wireless headset to the G935s. Did anyone else make the move and feel like it's not an upgrade at all? The volume is too low, the sound in stereo mode is pathetic and they were 200$. The only reason I changed is that my G930s disconnect every few minutes for 10 seconds or so and I can't stand it anymore. I would just think that jn the 10 years I've owned them they should sound a lot better, or at least have something better. I've watched a bunch of reviews and a bunch of suggestions and I found that upgrading from a model that I enjoy to the newer model should be a good move. Am I the only one that made this move and is disappointed? I also haven't found the option for the sound profile switching that automatically switches from stereo to surround mode. The stereo mode is laughable and would need a whole separate eq just for that as LTT does not sound right. Has anyone found a way to tune the eq to get more volume from them? Thanks for any help you guys have?

I just bought the Logitech Z407 Bluetooth Computer Speakers. They're awesome by the way. I have a minor issue that the speaker volume is at the MAX when I put them in Bluetooth putting them in pairing mode, disconnecitng or connecting to them over Bluetooth. This is a problem because sometimes I'll connect a device late at night and I worry about waking people. Is there a way to turn the default volume down on the speakers or off completely turn off the volume when put in pairing mode, disconnecting or connecting mode?

wireless mouse G305/4 doesn't work on PC but works on Laptop
Mr.Stork posted a topic in Troubleshooting
Idk whats going on, I already have a wired G102 lightsync, which works on both PC and Laptop, but my today purchased G304 wireless from Amazon which isn't working on my PC (Win10 Pro) but is working on my laptop (Win10 Home). On laptop I just plugged it in for the first time and it just worked. Not so much on my pc, I have OnBoardMemoryManager (OBM) and Logitech GHub on my Pc, OBM detects there's a USB reciever, but can't connect, but GHub doesn't detect anything. Note: Laptop isn't using it's built in bluetooth AFAIK, as the mouse only works when I plug in the usb reciever provided with the mouse, I tried pairing with only laptop's built in bluetooth, but it didnt work Although I still have 10 days to replace it, I don't think replacing it would be a good idea because it does work on my Laptop. Let me know if there's any more details I can provide. Thanks! -
i'm looking for an upgrade from my Logitech G103 Prodigy (G102 for Asian market), to a wireless option that fits claw palm grip, mainly for playing Rainbow Six Siege is G305 a good upgrade? I would like to save up for Glorious Model O wireless but it doesn't have an official distributor here and it'd be a pain in the ass for warranty and import fees

I have a Logitech Z623 speaker and a Philips TV (40PFA4160S/98) as my third screen for watching movies. Should I connect my speaker to the TV or PC?

My mouse keeps disconnecting. This issue is not with the computer or the mouse. What settings are messed up? I got to jam it in the USB port for it to reconnect and it just disconnects

We bought these at Best Buy for my son for Christmas. Everything was working really well, so I gave it a great review. Last night, the right ear has no sound coming out of it. I tried the 3.5MM plug same issue. I swapped sound devices to see if it was a MB issue or the headphones. Then updated drivers for the MB, and checked again. He is upset because his classes start up today for Spring semester. Since he listens to it at MAX volume, I wonder if he blew it out? (After a month???) Once I find the S/N I am going to talk with Logitech about an RMA. Because we just passed the BB return date. The only things I still haven't tried are plugging (3.5MM) into my PC or a phone to check it. And check on my PC with the wireless dongle. (doing that today when I get home.) But if anyone on here has some advice for more troubleshooting or any ideas what else I can do. I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, so the time has come to throw away my old teared up gaming companion and I'm wondering if I should buy another Steelseries QCK+, try Logitech for once (I heard it's better) or try the LTT Mousepad. I really like the design of LTT mousepad, but I didn't see a single word about it's resistance comparison between other gaming mousepads. Does anyone know if it's any good for gaming? Thanks

I bought the Logitech x 530 like twelve years ago and they are still working fine. But the room where my computer is located is not that big so I want some 2.0 speakers. I'm not audiophile and I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but, would the Creative Pebbles 2.0 be a good replacement for my current setup? 90% of the time I just watch youtube videos so 5.1 doesn't work. I do some gaming and watch Netflix and that's it.

My friend just plugged in his speakers, and they were just making a static notice. We made sure everything was plugged in. Any ideas?? The speakers are just some cheap $25 USD Logitech ones. We also updated audio drivers. Any help is welcome!!

Hello, I bought a logitech 606 5.1 surround sound system the other day. I set it up and right now when I do a sound test in the windows settings a tone plays through every speaker and the sub so I know everything is set up correctly. I know my mobo also supports up to 7.1 so im good there as well. When I go onto Netflix or Disney+ however (google said both support 5.1 surround sound.) I only get audio from the FL and FR speaker when my system is in 5.1 mode. If I use the remote and switch to 2.1 I get the FL FR and the Sub. I tried downloading the latest version of realtek audio thinking mine was out of date but now I can't use it it says "this program doesn't work on this machine" I have windows 10 64 bit and it isn't working. I am crushed I have looked online tirelessly and tried so many solutions and nothing works so im posting here praying someone will be able to help.

Hello there, so basically I just received my money back for a faulty MX master 2s (I couldn´t move the cursor - web says it´s because of a stuck thumb button - nothing I wouldn´t be able to fix, but it was still under the warranty). I loved the mouse. I do no productivity work on my pc, only tons of youtube, endless scrolling on 9gag and some shooting in BF4. What I´d love to ask you all is, whether there is any rumour of a new one coming out in the near future. If you have any other suggestions of what you like in this kind of mouse segment I´d be glad to check them out. Until then I guess I will keep on scrolling with my trusty Microsoft Explorer Mouse 1362. Thanks. EDIT: definitely needs to be wireless

I've seen people with this problem on the internet for research to fix mine but it still doesn't work. My problem occurs when I need to change my PC power cable outlet, so I shut down my computer, unplugged my power cable and plugged it into another outlet, then I startup my PC. But after I logged in, my G430 headset is displayed on the audio section as "USB Advanced Audio Device". I've tried many fixes to solve this problem and nothing works for me. I've tried changing back from LGHUB to LGSoftware, updating from device manager (It doesn't detect new drivers from logitech and keeps using the usb advanced audio thing), and I've tried the solution that fixes all the other peoples problem which is to download the firmware, but after I've installed the firmware it says to "Connect your device to continue" WHILE I'm plugging in my headset through the usb soundcard thing, I've tried changing it to the audio jack and it still doesn't work. I really really love this headset and I would really l ove a feedback from anyone to help me with this. Sorry if I make some grammar mistakes, english isn't my first language. Edit: So I think I didn't explain my problem very well, sorry. So, I wanted to change the power plug/outlet which my PC is plugged into, to another outlet to arrange the cable. So I shut it off after playing a game, turn off the Power Supply, and change the power outlet into another outlet. Then I turn the power supply back on and start the computer. After I boot up my PC, my headset is not recognized as Logitech G430, it's not giving me any audio in and or out, and it's not showing up on the LGHUB and LGSoftware. It is however recognized as "USB Advanced Audio Device" just like the photo above I Posted. I've tried many "solutions" from the internet where people has the same problem as me but it didn't work. TL;DR 1. I wanted to arrange my PC cable 2. Shuted down my computer after playing for awhile 3. Turned off the switch on the power supply 4. Changed the power outlet which my PC was plugged to another outlet. 5. Turned on the power supply and start my PC up. 6. My headset is not recognized as "Logitech G430" and I'm not getting any audio in or out. 7. It's recognized as "USB Advanced Audio Device". 8. Tried many solutions from the internet, still not working. 9. Tried the solutions which solves almost everyone with the same problem which is to download and install the G430 firmware. I did that, but the firmware doesn't recognized my headset like the picture below 10. Tried updating the driver, no logitech driver is detected on my computer. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!! AMA! sorry for bad english/grammar I'm in a lot of stress rn bcs of this thing.

Hello, I'm looking for replacements to these pieces of kit that I have been rockin' for well over a decade now. Unfortunately they are nearing the end of their life and have been excellent products which is why I'd like to buy Logitech products again. Here's some information: https://techgage.com/article/logitech_g15_gaming_keyboard/ (Released 2005) https://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/139-logitechg5mouse (Released 2007) Are there any good Logitech replacements out there that are similar/current? Keyboard - If you have ideas and it ends up being a mechanical keyboard then it must be as quiet as possible. The G1 to G18 keys on my old one above have been unused since my WoW/EVE days so a keyboard with G Keys is non-essential. Mouse - If you have ideas for the mouse my only requirement is that the thing doesn't have 20 buttons on it and looks like this thing folded up. Which I assume will feel uncomfortable. I hope this is something you guys can help me with. Any support here would be greatly appreciated

Hello everybody! So my wife has the Logitech G910 Orion Spark, after 3 years or so the left arrow key and the "3" key (not numpad) stopped working. We said alright after 3 years, that's okay we buy a new one > we bought a G910 again > same problem! Is there some kind of problem with the Logitech software or Windows? I tried googling but so far found no current issues. Thanks in advance!

About 3 months ago, I purchased a Logitech G502. I've recently been having some issues where the right click is inconsistent. For example, I might be holding down the right click, and it'll think that I just right clicked a lot. Any chance this can be fixed with contact cleaner/dielectric grease? I'd rather not reach out to Logitech because this is apparently a common G502 Hero problem. I'd rather not replace it this early, as I did pay $50 USD, and I'd expect more than 3 months out of a mouse like this.
