Hey all, Im shopping for a front bay 3.5in chassis for my server rack. The one I bought I didnt really think threw and it was all internal bays that are unlabled and hard to get at. I found a Chenbro one on Ebay that had 8 3.5in hot swap bays however it was 150 USD which I was hopping could have been lower. Any ideas that you guys have?

Hello all, I'm currently looking to upgrade to a Corsair 460x RGB case however I'm contious that CES is only a couple weeks away. Should I buy it now or is there a chance that after CES, prices could drop even slightly with new products released? I suspect not however thought it wouldn't hurt to ask Thanks, Calumdonian

Here's my parts: Radeon rx 5700 xt 500 gb WD blue 8x2 3600 MHz ram msi b450 tomahawk max ryzen 5 3600 Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W PSU SPR-0600NHSAW I have a minor selection of PC cases to choose from. Which of these are compatible with my build, which have good thermals and which are good for a first time builder? Please don't redirect me to a tier list or something, because these are the only options I have where I live(that aren't randomass companies like reddragon or raidmax). Here's all my options: Thermaltake Versa N26 Mid Tower Cooler Master Masterbox MB501L Gigabyte C200G ATX Mid Tower Corsair Carbide Spec 04 Mid Tower ATX Thermaltake V200 TG Versa RGB Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 Thermaltake Versa J24 Tempered Glass RGB Edition Thermaltake J25 TG Versa RGB Thermaltake H200 TG RGB Cooler Master Masterbox MB500 Cooler Master Masterbox MB511 RGB Cooler Master Masterbox MB520 Corsair Carbide Spec Delta Mid Tower ATX Thermaltake Level 20 MT Argb Corsair Carbide 275R Mid Tower ATX Gigabyte AC300W ATX Mid Tower Corsair Carbide 275R White Mid Tower ATX Thermaltake Commander C35 TG Argb Thermaltake Commander C32 TG Argb Corsair Carbide Spec 05 Mid Tower ATX Thermaltake H550 TG ARGB Bonus list (These are cases out of my budget, but let me know if anything here is worth the moola) Thermaltake View 71 Tempered Glass Edition Cooler Master Mastercase H500 Mesh Corsair 570X Crystal RGB ATX Mid Towe The further down the list you go, the more expensive it gets. There's more cases, but these are the ones that have brand names I recognize. If raidmax and redragon make good quality cases do let me know so I can add them to the list. Also sorry for the long list, it's just that I'm a bit overwhelmed right now. This is my first time building a PC. For the most part, I don't care too much about looks, I see them as a bonus. I would love some help on deciding the best case: The case with the best airflow, compatible with my parts, good for cable management, good for a first time builder, has good dust collection etc. Whatever makes a case I good. I know this is a lot, but I would appreciate any help I get. Thank you.

Hey everyone, I want to know if it is possible to display around 20-ish computer cases and have all their fans and front pannel LED's and RGB if applicable turned on for display purposes. Take note I am not building any pc's in any of them, it is simply for showcasing purposes only. I want to know if there is some sort of product I can purchase that I can feed with a single PSU and be able to plug all the cases fans and front pannel to, or if there is another method I am open to everything. I have no idea where to start from so any tips will be greatly useful to me. Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone, SO I am finally ready to build my first rig, and I want to make sure that I do it right the first time. By doing it "right," I mean I want to make sure I am happy when it is complete and to achieve this I have to obviously by the parts that I will be satisfied with at the end of the build as well as every day that I wake up to use it.

Hi guys! I have this motherboard https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/TUF-B450-PLUS-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/ and I’m using 4 PWM fans, 3 from Corsair and one from Noctua. The mobo has 3 chassis fan headers a one AIO pump header which seems to be PWM as well. I decided to connect one of tha chassis fans in AIO pump header, it is working and allowing to adjust its speed as any other fan, but since I dis that, the boot is taking longer than usual, my guess is the mobo is trying to “talk” to the fan as an AIO PUMP but is not receiving all the info and hangs a bit during boot time. Am I risking damaging anything doing it like this? Would be better to get a splitter? Or there is any BIOS settings (which I may not be familiar with) that would prevent that delay or hang during boot? thanks

Hi all, I currently run a hybrid cooling system with a micro-ATX board inside an older Lian Li PC-V350B. But recently when upgrading, I find the case to be rather cramped. I got the case because of its form factor and 5.25 inch bays. But now I'm thinking of moving back to small tower cases, especially because it makes upgrades more convenient. Plus, I have 5 RGB fans, 2 of which I had to give up when moving my tech into the Lian Li. I have shortlisted a few cases, but I'm somewhat divided. What would y'all pick? 1) Tecware Nova M3 - SGD 58 2) Tecware Nexus M - SGD 49 3) Tecware Vega - SGD 89 4) Cooler Master NR400 - SGD 78 5) Apevia XpackQ3 - around SGD 70 without shipping 6) Aigo Darkflash DLM21 about SGD 55 7) Aigo Darkflash DLM22 about SGD 55 ? Tecware Quad - SGD 55 9) Gamemax H605 - SGD 55 Prices are the best ones I could find around. Also, does anyone have experience with the Aigo cases? How is their cooling like?

I'll probably upgrade my main rig's graphics card with the 3080 release and trickle down the parts through the rest. I was thinking maybe on Black Friday upgrade my desk rig's cpu + mobo + ram, and with the leftovers build a PC for transport to carry with me when I go on holidays, or spending a weekend with my in-laws or such. This is a medium term plan, so I have no rush. Also don't want to spend much on it, although i don't have a budget thought yet. But I'd like to get some feedback on cases so I can start looking around and planing. I've seen some that look cool like the Corsair 380T, but seems discontinued. My requirements are simple: - Full size graphics card support (to put on of my 970's in it); - Inner support for transport (not to get my PCI slots ripped out with the GPU weight or anything); - study enough for transport (avoid stuff like broken side panels); - not being big in size; Nice to haves: - at least micro ATX support; - transport handles Thank you for any suggestion.

I recently upgraded my computer from a 4770k to a Ryzen 3700x. I'm looking to replace the case with something more efficient for cooling the CPU. Ideal budget would be under $100 Canadian (around 75 USD at the time of writing). I have originally posted this question, but the title seemed to ve misleading.a lot of people. So I am currently looking for a new pc case to upgrade to. I would really like to have a lot of expandability and some spare room in the cases, so I would like to get the largest case possible, that has a modern look. Upon research, I found that the Corsair 1000d and the Thermaltake View 91 were the two cases that seemed to fit my purposes. I tried to compare the sizes of the two cases, but quickly found out that I couldn't do so accurately due to the presence of case feet on View 91 that is lacking on the 1000d. Obviously, the dimensions of the feet should not be counted towards the size of the chassis, but this is not the case foe the given dimensions on the Thermaltake site. If anyone happens to have the View 91 chassis, could they please measure and post the dimensions of the case excluding the feet? Thanks!

Hello, so I have decided to build my first ever gaming PC and I need a decent case with good airflow and I'm unable to find too many options. At first I thought the NZXT S340, but then I realised that it doesn't have any front mesh panels to allow more air flow, which is why I found this one https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/cooler-master-masterbox-mb500-black-case-mcb-b500d-kgnn-s00/ which has a mesh front and also it had RGB and a tempered glass as a bonus, but it isn't flawless, just an option. If anyone knows any good cases, please do let me know. I will not be installing a radiator or watercooling of any sort. Country: India.

Hi guys. I am starting a new watercooled build and am looking for a case similar to the cougar conquer. I have been using a define r5 and define s for a few years now and feel like a change. I would use the cougar case but the two radiators i have are 420 and 280mm. Meaning i cant use it in that case. So i am looking for something similar that i can put on the side of my desk as a showpiece. I dont really mind colour as i will probably be painting it. Thanks guys

I am about to embark on my first ever PC build! I think i did a good job selecting parts and such, but I hit a snag with me AIO and case. My case only has 240mm capability in the front. However, my case has two RGB fans in the front, and one fan in the back. I am hoping you guys can help me decide: 1. WHERE to put the fans 2. How to configure them (pushing or pulling) I think I HAVE TO take the case RGB fans off the front in order to install my AIO fans there, but I am honestly unsure. All help is much appreciated!

Hey all, PLEASE read everything before commenting. I will try to keep this short. Thank you. Doing some market research and I'm Looking for constructive and helpful info from as many of you as possible. I'm in the process of designing a new series of PC chassis/cases that I might seriously create a kickstarter campaign for, if I can get a few solid prototypes designed and built. But first, I'm interested in what you, as enthusiasts, gamers and general PC users, want and look for in a PC case. What features do you look for? What features have you not yet seen, but would like to have? What common features do you dislike and wish would go away? Tell me your deepest desires for the perfect chassis. Well, maybe not 'deepest', but you know what I mean. To get a few things out of the way; I'll share with you a glimpse of my design philosophy so we can be sort of on the right page with this. -Minimalistic, clean, natural design with a focus on optimized cooling, silence and functionality. -Absolutely NO RGB lights or fans and NO "gamer" branding, flashiness or gimmickry. (If you want RGB, you can add it or buy something else). For quite some time now, I've not been impressed at all with the direction case manufacturers have been going. Some brands I still like (such as Fractal Design), but most have been going down-hill. IMHO, they look and feel cheaper. They all more or less have the same layout options with "ok" to "poor" airflow dynamics. I'm looking to create something very different from the norm and (hopefully) disruptive. Yeah, I know, wishful thinking, but that's not going to stop me from trying. Currently I have 6 different base designs laid out, 3 mini-ITX, 1 micro-ATX and 2 full-ATX, ranging from a very small HTPC-oriented micro-tower, to a big enthusiast enclosure aimed specifically at custom loop watercooling. Something for everyone. The designs are far from their final form, but the basic layout and aesthetic I'm going for is there. Now, I'm looking to you guys to see if I've missed anything that could still yet be integrated into the designs. Thanks in advanced. And no, I'm not going to show the designs until I have a prototype built. Ain't giving away my secrets.

Hello everyone, what is the best chassis under $50?

Well, my next build when NVidia and Intel releases their next product was going to be based around an sma8, looks like that won't be happening now. The Enthoo Elite seems like the next best choice, but there might be some clearance issues with my top radiator configured for push pull. (hangs over the top of the motherboard, and might make maintenance less than pleasant) Thermaltake seems to offer a similar case to caselabs, but their site seems to be broken for ordering larger cases in the US. 900D (1000D lacks bottom radiator support) might work, but it'll probably have the same clearance issues as the Enthoo Elite. Currently, I'm on an Enthoo Primo, and love it for the most part. Only issue is the top radiator hangs over the motherboard making swapping out ram, or working in the case a choir. Also, if I need to remove the 480 radiators the 5.25" panel needs to be unscrewed. Hopefully, someone purchases caselabs patents in the bankruptcy auction. Are there even any practical cases that compare?

Hello again guys. It's been over a year since the end of our indiegogo campaign and over 2 months since our last pre-order sale. Many of you are wondering why we still did not start retail sale of Sentry. Now is the time for explanation. You probably remember, that DR ZĄBER is a company established a long time before we even thought about this hobby project and its main business is far away from computer cases industry (we do not make Sentry cases for a living). Because of that we could take a different approach than other pc hardware companies, take our time, gather all the feedback you were giving us for the last year, talk about possible improvements and make better pc case. After encountering issues with production and deliveries we have decided to take a step back and figure out how to resolve them before continuing with the production. We have launched a limited pre-order sale at the end of January to test out few improvements including fast worldwide courier shipments by DHL and few small organisational improvements in the manufacturing/assembling process. While DHL shipping seems like a correct solution for the shipping issues, we still are not happy with the production process to the point where we believe that design updates are necessary. With that said, if we are to update the designs and go over those updates with our subcontractor, we might as well improve the functionality of the case where we can. Thus we think now is the time to start designing SENTRY 2.0.Like you all know (we are repeating this over and over again) this is a community project. We designed Sentry basing on community feedback and without it we would not succeeded. Because of that we don't see any reason why we should change this approach. Next version of Sentry will be also designed basing on the feedback we did/will receive from you.PLANNED CHANGES: 1. Bigger ventilation area 2. Less screws to screw the top cover 3. Less types of screws 4. Torx screws instead of hex screws (if we will be able to find a supplier for black ones) 5. Improved Riser Clamping System (RCS) 6. Redesigned top hdd/ssd holding bracket 8. Kensington lock 9. Wifi antenna holes with improved shape for one-tool assembly and rotation lock 10. Vertical stand rubber feet attached without glue 11. Two additional holes in vertical stand for symmetry of installation 12. Two 3.5” HDD mounts in the GPU compartment instead of 2.5” mounts 13. 120mm AIO Water Cooling mount in the GPU compartment 14. SFX-L not supported anymore due to various issues and for the sake of 120mm AIO 15. Chassis mass reduction where possible 16. Transport package redesign for reduced shipping cost and packaging time. 17. Zip tie mount points for cable management 18. Motherboard IO backplate mount update 19. PSU mount clearance improvements for IEC C14 connector 20. Online-only manual 21. No white colour version until our subcontractor is ready 22. No quad 2.5” drive brackets 23. PCI slot brackets not included anymore 24. Economic postal package not available anymore, only DHL courier shipping. 25. Relocating internal middle structural element to support slightly bigger ITX GPUs (Gigabyte/MSI) 26. Optimised air pocket above the GPU IDEAS REJECTED: Motherboard back-side access panel Internal dust filters Front panel USB type-C connector Front panel Audio Jacks Permanent screwing for the tool-less vertical stand Chassis external size increase to accommodate bigger GPUs Case handle on top of the case Windowed case cover FEATURE GALLERY: RENDERS: As you see there will be more than just few changes. Please let us know what you think about all of this. Maybe we forgot about something which you think it is important to have? We will appreciate your help. Thanks!

Hello! I have a bit of a predicament. I have a pc made from server parts. Made from a Lenovo RD230 4011 Server. I took the entire unit out of its case because i wanted to use quieter fans and put a dedicated graphics card in it. But its in a cardboard box. Now ive measured the mounting holes... And im not sure if they conform to any standard. I dont have any PC cases around to test it... And i dont want to go spend money on something i might not be able to use. I just want to know if it will fit in a regular chassis or not. If someone could help that would be great. I cant post a photo of the motherboard at the moment.

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has first hand experience with this chassis istarUSA D-265-DE9-MATX. According to the official page, this is a build-to-order product, it's hard to find build pictures or posts regarding it from users.
