    hi. i actually thought about that and installed 2 separate pci-e cables. I also changed my entire surge protector and power extension and the crash still happened. However I downclocked my 3200mhz ram to 2666mhz after that and managed to get through an entire gaming session (about 1 hr) without crashing. If this turned out to be a ram problem in $500 down the sh!tter lol

    Hey there. Is the G+ 850w that bad? Read many positive reviews. Anyway I have a seasonic focus plus 750w that I replaced with the EVGA. Didn't do a thing to help with the freezes. So yesterday I went out and bought a z390 aorus elite from Gigabyte. Still didn't fix it. FFUUUU. So to date I've replaced the mobo, gpu and psu. I wonder if its my power extension strip that's perhaps faulty and causing this problem when the card starts to pull more power from the wall.

    Hey everyone. I will appreciate any help you can offer. My specs: i7 8700k Asus Z370 Prime F MSI GTX 1080 TI GAMING X TRIO 960 Evo nvme SSD 16GB 3200mhz G skill rainbow shit Mobo bios: 2001 PSU: EVGA G+ 850w Modular So 2 months ago, my pc started randomly shutting down out of nowhere. I immediately suspected the gpu of being faulty so I sent it for RMA. While my 1080 was away, I used my spare GTX 1060 6GB. That was stable for the entire time with 0 hiccups. I just got my 1080ti back (Brand new 1 for 1 replacement) yesterday and now it's exhibiting the same problems. ie. 5-60 min into a game, the screen will go blank, the audio works for another 5 seconds, my gpu fans go to 100% for some reason and I will have to manually reset the pc for it to work again. Upon this happening. I thought it couldn't be the gpu since they sent me a new one and I insisted they stress test it first, which they did, so I thought it could be a PSU problem. That's when I got a brand new 850w PSU and still the problem persists. And an hour ago, sometimes it won't even be able to boot into windows and shows this image instead (no windows loading icon) and requires 2 or 3 hard resets before booting into windows. In summary, PC with 1080ti keeps crashing during games, 100% fan speed and no image until reboot. Couple hours later, rebooting results in attached image instead of windows booting. Have attempted replacing gpu and psu and problem does not go away.Temps for GPU never went above 70c. Temps for CPU/Mobo/PCH never went above 65c/45c/65c respectively. Please save my baby

    Hi! A local company in my country (Singapore) was doing pre orders for a rebranded m340clz for only 600USD with local warranty. It was a deal I couldn't resist and ordered it, with it due to arrive end April. My predicament is that I'm currently using an RX480 and I want to reap the full benefits of the resolution, which I know atm the RX 480 might not be good enough. I was hoping for Vega but in light of the RX 580 being recently announced, it doesn't seem all too powerful. I am considering a gtx 1070 or 1080 and forgetting about freesync. My question is - will my experience still be ok without any form of adaptive sync on this monitor? Should I wait for the RX 580 and decide again?

    My Naga Epic has been RMA'd 3 times already and the last time I got Synapse to work was in February. I've given up since Also this hunk of cheap plastic sh*t shuts off every couple minutes for a few seconds and restarts itself. Never heard of Final Mouse so I'd love to give a simple, no-fuss, accurate optical mouse a go!

    I've RMA'd my Naga Epic three times, and the last time I got Razer Synapse to work was in February. Also this hunk of sh*t switches off for a second and restarts every few minutes.

    thanks alot guys. i can game with a peace of mind now on a side note, mantle makes bf4 looks like an absolute turd. also 14.1 makes unigine heaven crash over and over

    my fan speed is 0 because i'm using a corsair h110 and an nzxt g10. i might look into getting some heatsinks for the vrms to keep things extra cool thanks for the help )

    thanks for the reassurance. my vrms hit a max load of 86c. being an r9 290, i'm sure this is acceptable as i was hitting 90+ on stock pic works fine for me though

    Hi guys, I just got my R9 290 and a G10. Temps and in game performance is stellar but this kinda worries me. The core clock on the desktop is fluctuating from 310-320 very rapidly. Is this normal?

    What's wrong with the H220? please let me know if there's anything with it before I commit to buying a waterblock. I'd like to go that way to save space as I won't have to get an external res. I will be getting another radiator though. Regarding the G10, Are there any solutions as to cooling the vrms?

    Hey guys I'm looking to watercool my r9 290 by expanding my h220. I need advice on what's the best type of waterblock to buy. Alternatively I would like to ask if a g10 + aio cooler would be a good idea too. <- Worried about this because of uncooled vrm etc Please note that I will be buying the waterblock online.

    If you currently have the 558 and have one of the new motherboards with new onboard sound, I suggest you stick with it as the 558 doesn't benefit from amping as much as some of his older brothers. Then again, the E10 is very decent and has multiple uses. An external dac can come in super useful especially if you're using a laptop. The e10 itself isn't that much better than most onboard chips. If you're on the go alot I recommend the e12. If not a great buy is the O2+ODAC. It's completely neutral and sounds awesome. It's basically a wire with gain.

    If you could recommend something I can find it locally. I need to know about fittings, tubing diameter etc. as I have no experience in custom cooling. Wouldn't mind getting a waterblock shipped in. As for my drives I've dumped them in the 5.25" bays on top
