Syncing iPhone 4s to my PC - Difficulties

HP Pavillion G6 - Windows Laptop -
Hi Guys, Whenever I try to connect my iPhone 4s to my PC (Corsair Graphite 600T w/Asus ROG Maximus VI Hero) the phone has a fit and fails to connect to the pc or iTunes. By fit I mean the phone acts as if its having power connected and disconnected rapidly. I have tried this on all of the front USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 inputs, I have also tried all USB ports on the rear I/O of the mobo it all gives the same result. I don't think its the phone because it doesn't do this when I connect it to my laptop. Could anybody advise me on what the problem could be and a possible fix. N.B. This doesn't happen to any other device

I found this offer on G2A.com and was wondering is it safe to buy. I'm in the UK. Is Ghosts even worth the buy? Thanks in advance for the help! https://www.g2a.com/call-of-duty-ghosts-steam-cd-key-global.html http://gyazo.com/fee881fecb616dab90292f4241ac97a3

Club3D Radeon R9 290 Problem - 2 out of 3 fans stuck at 100%

You should RMA that thing -
AIO Water Cooling solutions like the Corsair H100i are sure to keep your CPU cool even if you decide to overclock. As for GPU a good aftermarket card and good case airflow are key as well as a low ambient room temperature. At this time of year I highly recommend having a window open and the door to allow fresh air to circulate through. High ambient room temperatures will affect your computers atmospheric temperatures.
