So after every reboot of my work PC I sit at around 70% memory usage with nothing really open. Do you guys know what could be causing this? This PC has 8GB of ram but can only utilize 6.9GB of it due to iGPU. But I still think sitting at that high of a usage at idle is a lot.

why do you need another HDMI port? Also that card above has the same problem, you'll be using one port as the IGPU will be disabled

No. You could do some serious damage to components (ie warping of motherboard)

WiFi range extender/repeater. or get HughesNet satellite internet

you're pushing it bud. should be fine though if not overclocking 500 w tdp from that 295 + 95 w cpu (non overclock on both)
