Yes, that's roughly 80 aluminum fins from bottom to back.

There's also copper tubing (3/4") going through, 

it's not connected in the 3d model yet but it will look like this : 


Dimentions : 
[PC area only] (Excluding the giant fin) :

62cm long, 43.5cm high and 26cm deep

Add to that 5cm on height and 5cm on lenght for the cooler and we're at

67cm x 48.5cm x 26cm
