You forgot the part that it is a "Professional" warranty...whatever the hell that is

That means if there's a problem, you're out of luck.  Even if you ignore the warranty and offer to pay for the repairs yourself they will deny you service because they aren't even capable of fixing their own product, and if you try they'll tell you it's cheaper to just buy a new keyboard.
