So you only bought the RAM and they just messed up and put two CPUs in there as well?

Yup that's exactly what happened... 150$ Cad for 16gb 3000 MHz ddr4 and those 2 CPUs...not bad...they fckd up pretty bad
-
hope you can keep them
that would be a deal

@imreloadin fair enough that's not ''exactly'' how I got them...see, someone stole my dad's credit card info and ordered these and somehow they still showed up at his door...he challenged the purchase and MasterCard refunded him (Amazon didn't agree to take them back) that happened early December and nobody asked to get back the cpu so I'm putting the 8700k in my rig and I'll sell the 7700 on local ads later

@imreloadin
No I swear to god I had nothing to do with it...I would never do that to them...my mom was crying over this story...she was really mad -
It's just awfully suspicious that computer parts just happened to showed up at a residence where someone was actually computer literate enough to know what they were and what to do with them...

Nahh my dad ain't into computers...and I'm 36 I live in Montreal which is 5hrs drive away from them and I make 55k$ a year so I can easily afford the core i7 if I really wanted one...and how could I have known that Amazon would refuse the refund they are obligated to within the 15 days or purchase but they refused it...I really have nothing to do with it...also apparently maybe hackers love computer parts maybe?
