  1. Man, LTT will not be the same without you @TaranLMG!! Wishing you the best of luck and hope you pop in every now and again in videos!
  2. Am i crazy, or is there no where that says what cable is which? No links, etc?
  3. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been trying to figure this out for a week >_<
  4. Hey all, I'm currently running an i5-4690k and 2x GTX 970's in SLI @ 1080p. I've started to experience some slight CPU bottlenecks in newer games and I was wondering with the money I have, should I upgrade to the i9-9900k (when it launches in October), new motherboard, and new RAM, or should I wait until the new GTX 11xx series drops and upgrade to a new GPU instead? Thanks for your time!
  5. The boom mic stopped working, so I've been using the smartphone in-line mic cable and it's garbage.
  6. I'm currently watching the Z Review on the SHP9500's, they look incredible. I'm hoping they really outperform my ATH-PDG1's
  7. Yeah I was looking at the Arctis 7, I just don't like that they're closed back.
  8. Hey all, I'm looking for some recommendations for a new headset that I can use on both my PC and my Xbox One. I'm torn between wired and wireless at the moment, because wired has so many options but I kind of want wireless because it's wireless, but the options don't seem that great. I want to spend less than $200, which I know limits my wireless options quite a bit, but I look forward to your recommendations! Thanks!
  9. A great website for TV info is http://www.rtings.com/tv , you'll find in depth reviews on most 4K TV's on there. I think in general, Samsung TVs have the lowest input lag in game mode. I have a Samsung UN50KU6300 and it's fantastic in the game mode, I don't notice any input lag at all playing on my XBone.
  10. Thank you! Just realized I was filtering by fully-modular on pcpartpicker ?
  11. But it doesn't have enough power plugs for a 2nd GPU, only for one
  12. Hey all, I was just given a 2nd GTX 970 for free from my friend, and I was wondering what PSU I should look at that'll support SLI 970s? I'm currently looking at the EVGA SuperNOVA G3 750W, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for anything a bit cheaper? Thanks for your help!
  13. @Eclypseon I picked up the AirPods today and couldn't be happier. I had a few hiccups with connectivity at first, but I found out it was my phone reconnecting to my car's bluetooth even inside! They fit in my ears beautifully, they sound incredible just like the EarPods, and I couldn't be happier. I feel this may be one of Apple's best products in years!
  14. @Eclypseon Thanks for the awesome in-depth info! I'm struggling to find a reason NOT to buy them, but I figured I'd ask before I went and spent the money. I'll probably end up picking some up tomorrow
  15. Well as far as I'm aware, iMessage is an incredibly secure environment with no openness in regards to messing with the actual delivery of the message its-self.
  16. Hey all, I'm looking for a pair of wireless earphones and would like some second opinions. So my main contender is the Apple AirPods right now since I have an iPhone, MacBook, and Apple Watch. The AirPods would work seamlessly with all of them, but the downfall is that they could get lost fairly easily due to the size. Does anyone have any suggestions for other potential wireless earphones (under $200)? Open to all opinions/suggestions! Thanks!
  17. If there was a way to use iMessage on anything other than Apple products, I'm pretty sure no one would buy them lol.
  18. I'd go with the 16GB, since you can't upgrade down the road and you plan to keep it for quite a while.
  19. Also about the early 2015, remember it's the 4th gen Intel CPU's, where as the 2016 has 6th gen.
  20. I can't decide between choosing the base 15 inch and upgrading it to 512GB or just going with the top end pre-spec that comes with 512GB.
  21. I second @glitchmaster0001, when it comes to MacBook Pro's, you can't beat the build quality, portability, and reliability. If you need windows you can install it with bootcamp or use parallels
  22. As far as crimpers go, I've got this one and it's pretty good. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Southwire-Data-Crimper/50238801
