Metallic-Lighght's Achievements

  1. The greatest benefit is for servers and data centres. The faster that they can send data across, the faster it comes to the end user.
  2. Same here. When I learnt about file sizes, 1KB was 1024 bytes; 1MB was 1024KB; 1GB was 1024MB and 1TB was 1024GB.
  3. This seems like a very minor problem, but ever since i found that out from the video I have linked in my other comment, I am just a little mad that this stupid mess even exists.
  4. This question was inspired by a certain Technology Connections video saying that OSs use GiB or TiB but drive manufacturers use GB or TB. Why don't they advertise the capacities of the drives using the same way that programs use?
  5. When even the manufacturer needs you to send a card back to them because of the shortage of the cards, we have an issue.
  6. I personally don't understand this, why would you not want 'clean' sound as a DJ? Isn't it better for mixing? I'm a complete noob, so I don't really know.
  7. If this actually happens, I will officially switch to Linux Mint.
