look up a tutorial on how to save your steam games externally and when you are done reinstalling reconnect the drive. it worked for me but i cant remember the steps -

false they are different cores. 280x = 7970 280 = 7950 they can be overclocked to perform simmilar, but the same can be said about any gpus in a close price range just get the one that best fits your budget

2k is good imo. i think thats the sweet spot imo.. 4k is too demanding for normal hardware but 1440p can be ran on a 970

Im not sure,but i think i didnt have this issue before installing all the updates so i can get windows 10.

actually i uninstalled it. also no overclocks. but the gpu is factory OC'd no driver crashes, also it just happened again. lol

update: i uninstalled geforce experience and replugged my cables in. if it happens again ill be sure to write it here. im quite positive that will happen

basically. no matter what im doing (usually when im gaiming tho) my monitor goes black for like 1-3 seconds but the game etc is still running normally while that is happening and than it goes back to normal as if nothing has happend.. no crash no nothing. its really annoying me.. i clean installed drivers but that didnt seem to help either. i could try to find another hdmi cable to test my gpu with but i highly doubt that it has to do with the cable because it doesnt show that there is not connection. its just goes black. additionally im not the only person which has that issue. i would love any suggestions from yall..
