Well it would run without major problems but expect minor hitches but 16GB minimum is recommended as theyre cheap now and even windows uses at least 4gb at idle now leaving only 4gb for the game

Do you have a different GPU to test the computer or a different computer to test the GPU? ive had the same problem with a Powercolor Red Devil RX470, and the GPU would work after reballing check first if the gpu works on another computer or you could try reballing the GPU or purchase a different GPU

are all pins completely restraightened so that they make proper contact with the socket and check for missing pins then give it another try if still no joy maybe check if the socket is damaged in any way

If you put a PCIE 3.0 x4 on a PCIE 3.0 x2 interface it will run at PCIE 3.0 x2 speeds 4. You can put whatever size SSD as long the interface is supported

totally right, cant beat a free laptop, and having a Samsung nvme SSD would make it super snappy for general use

since youre on a super tight budget, it is better to get the 3200G system, its iGPU is almost 3 times the performance of the GT710, just make sure you use dual channel ram since its important for an APU

still slower than a 3720QM from 2012 not that impressive when you can buy a used HP Elitebook of that era with that processor for pocket change nowadays
