  1. Definitely more storage 500GB is not enough in 2020 some games even takes 200GB by itself lol
  2. Well it would run without major problems but expect minor hitches but 16GB minimum is recommended as theyre cheap now and even windows uses at least 4gb at idle now leaving only 4gb for the game
  3. Can you try uninstalling the drivers using DDU and reinstall the latest drivers
  4. If you are looking to get ray tracing as cheap as possible your best bet is a used RTX2060, a better GPU would be the RTX 3060Ti if you can get it since they're seems to be out of stock Btw, you could also try baking your current RX570 in an oven who knows it'll start working , sometimes this works sometimes not
  5. Do you have a different GPU to test the computer or a different computer to test the GPU? ive had the same problem with a Powercolor Red Devil RX470, and the GPU would work after reballing check first if the gpu works on another computer or you could try reballing the GPU or purchase a different GPU
  6. are all pins completely restraightened so that they make proper contact with the socket and check for missing pins then give it another try if still no joy maybe check if the socket is damaged in any way
  7. These CPUs were available for system builders for a while now
  8. Best way is to go on the bios and see if theres a NVME storage option PS. i just checked that the laptop supports NVME SSDs but only at PCIE3.0 x2 speeds which is still faster than Sata drives
  9. As per your laptop and questions 1. Technically a PCIE nvme ssd should work in the laptop if the bios enables it 2. PCIE 3.0 x2 or PCIE 3.0 x4 can depend on the laptop motherboard support 3. If you put a PCIE 3.0 x4 on a PCIE 3.0 x2 interface it will run at PCIE 3.0 x2 speeds 4. You can put whatever size SSD as long the interface is supported
  10. Intel have been selling the same thing from 6th gen skylake that came out in 2015 in different forms and shape is the reason
  11. totally right, cant beat a free laptop, and having a Samsung nvme SSD would make it super snappy for general use
  12. since youre on a super tight budget, it is better to get the 3200G system, its iGPU is almost 3 times the performance of the GT710, just make sure you use dual channel ram since its important for an APU
  13. still slower than a 3720QM from 2012 not that impressive when you can buy a used HP Elitebook of that era with that processor for pocket change nowadays
